If I could give a negative review I would. I have had 3 prescriptions sent in over the last 2 weeks. Each time I went to pick them up, after a minimum of 5 hours they weren't ready. This isn't just one bad day this is a pattern.

The CVS pharmacy in Rock Island, Illinois is absolutely atrocious. The Customer Service is disgusting! We need mom and pop pharmacies back into our cities and towns. CVS has proven time and time again to customers that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! Yet we continue to use these junk locations, while being treated horrifically by incompetent staff, who also have no clue on how to fill a prescription. I will NOT be hung again by another CVS employee. I have had it with these clowns!

I was unable to drive so my friend went to pick up my medication and after trying for two days to get the right one they gave her the wrong medication and charged me $ 15.00 and they wouldn't take it back. the service is terrible and they don't answer the phone calls. I called corporate and got the same respond. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes and didn't pick up.

I went to the CVS store #3627 located at 1 North Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a COVID vaccine as a walk-in on Monday 7/26/21 at 5:45pm and was told they only administer the vaccines until 5:00pm. So I went back today, Tuesday morning, 7/27 at 8:30am, there was no one waiting at the pharmacy but I was told they don't do walk-ins. On their website it clearly states the following: "Walk in or schedule your FREE COVID-19 vaccine today.* Not only did the pharmacy tech not tell me the day before that I would need to make an appointment which I should not have had to do but they would not provide the service in spite of what the website says and they were not at all busy. So I walked in to a WALGREENS and they were happy to help me! CVS really needs to examine their level of customer service, that was terrible.

My first call to combine my husband and my carepass accounts was unsuccessful. I went through the whole process & it never got done. TODAY I called again & was on the call for 37 minutes providing details to merge & delete my husband's account. They ended up deleting my account and keeping my husbands. How hard can this be? Unbelievable!!!

I called to refill my prescriptions at 930am, was told all three of my medications would be ready by 1pm. Here it is 620pm, I arrive for my prescriptions and 1 is NOT ready. I was told everything would be ready by 1pm! Cashier said they were a little behind! Like 5 hours late! And that it’s my responsibility to check in hourly?! Like excuse me for doing your job! I’ve worked in a pharmacy before and know this is poor customer service!

Sadly store #5271 in Overland Park KS doesn't even deserve 1 star! I started using this pharmacy because I refuse to get my prescriptions through the mail. It didn't start out bad, but rarely do you ever find a rep at the register, but my biggest problem right now is the pharmacy refused to fill a prescription sent to them from my doctor because the dosage changed! It's not a narcotic and don't get me going on their complaint line! After waiting for 25 minutes you still don't get the help you need and your complaint doesn't go anywhere! I checked the BBB and no wonder this company has an F rating with the BBB! My warning is Don't go to this store!

The pharmacist, Kurian Varghese, at store #10637, 6750 Reading Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471 is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. He filled my prescription wrong and after waiting in line for 20 minutes he told be to come back tomorrow. I said "No, I have been waiting in line and it isn't my fault that you filled it wrong." Then I said "No wonder there are so many negative reviews on Google about you." He told me to go to a different pharmacy and not come back!!!! He has so many negative reviews online I don't understand why CVS keeps employing him. I'm an a disabled, chronic pain patient, I shouldn't have to keep driving to the pharmacy daily, or transfer to one further away from me. I just called 1-800-746-7287 and made my second complaint against him with the District Manager.
