We had a great experience at CVS-Elsmere, Delaware. 3240 Kirkwood highway. We had a challenging situation with our Rx. We went thru three pharmacies before we finally got our Rx filled at this CVS Pharmacy-Kirkwood highway (third stop). We are grateful to Mr. Chuck Maduako. He was very patient, telling us what the problem was. With his analysis and his road map of a resolution, we were able to navigate the complexity of our doctor and the insurance company before getting my prescription. We are grateful to have his guidance. We also noticed that he was working by himself in the pharmacy with no help. He nonetheless spent more than enough time with us. There is a day and night difference from the other two pharmacies I went to before coming to CVS. Again, we thank Mr. Maduako.

I shop at the Boyertown store. I don't like to brag but my CVS Pharmacy is probably the best in a 50 mile radius. For instance, I went in yesterday for a script for allergy Med. My doctor never called it in. I asked Jenn the pharmacist if she knew of anything and told her I tried all the big name allergy meds. She smiled as she always does and told me about pataway eye drops used them, and just like that my eyes didn't itch and the irritating watering of them was gone. That whole crew in the pharmacy smiles always even when stressed out. So if everyone on here are bit ching about a certain CVs. Try another one. If you're close to boyertown,Pa. stop in mine . Trust me you will be satisfied Jenn,, Morgan and the rest of the team back there will give you the greatest customer service that you ever had at a pharmacy Thank you Jeremy K.

The CVS ON COMMACK ROAD is The best CVS I ever went too. That is my go to store from now on. Not only is it close to my house… The staff Is the best I’ve seen in a really long time. Quick especially the cashier Stacy who works in the am hours. She’s always so nice friendly supportive helps me find what I’m looking for you’re never going to find someone like her. Nice going CVS on hiring such a great team. Way to go Steve as well. Stacey told me all about carepass… which I have already… Thanks again…. She also helped me with the checkouts. I didn’t know how to do it…

I was at CVS store #2400 on Sunday 4/24/2022 during my visit I went to self checkout Reg #8 TRN #1625 one of my items was not scanning store personnel on duty Manojol assisted me. Once I finished checking out I stepped to the side asI waited for my sister to pick me up. While being at store I witnessed a customer also checking out at self checkout Manajol offered her assistance she yelled I don’t need your help so he said okay and stepped to the side the reason he asked her was because she seemed like she was struggling during the time to pay. She insisted the machine was giving her ( Instacart transaction ). Cvs personnel advised her that it was her form of payment with issue and instead asked her perhaps to use another form of payment she insisted she’s used that card 4 times today and it’s not the card but the self checkout system so she became irate and yelled to employee do not talk to me bro leave me alone your pissing me off and stated I don’t care it’s not for me it’s for instacart and she just left items behind and exited store. Reason of my review is because I witnessed this event. I want to commend employee Manojol ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) he handled the situation well I feel no one should be treated that way.

I would like to commend Miss Shakayla Bell, an employee at CVS Pharmacy in Marina, CA. I witnessed firsthand how she upheld the highest standard for customer relations that has become the hallmark of business advertisements but are seldom practiced. It was refreshing to see this young lady gallantly fend off spurious comments concerning her competence by maintaining her composure with a ready smile and the exercising of patient perseverance toward a rude and condescending customer. I love it that this employee meted out kindness in response to someone wanting to tell her how to do her job by taking great care to listen and skillfully attend to her abuser’s needs. Immediately following this encounter, Miss Bell quickly collected herself to competently assist the next customer in line—me.

I have been to the CVS pharmacy located in Target at 1 Mystic View Road, Everett MA 02149 and on two separate occasions, I have been attended to by Farah. She is compassionate, professional, and speaks respectfully. She goes the extra mile, explaining the dosage clearly and is always ready to serve with a smile. She is awesome!

Good afternoon to everyone that work for the CVS Pharmacy Stores Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very good day at work ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that Manager Susan at Store # 9272 located at 7499 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson,AZ 85710 hss the very very Best store in Tucson,AZ 85710 and everyone are very very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me and others too ok smile. Last of all I say that all stated above have very very very Excellent Communication Skills and yes yes all of them knows and loves their job so very much and I always say when I am in the store Hello and very Good Job ok smile. Finally I have been coming to the store mention above since around the early 80'S and I say the above is the Best CVS Pharmacy Store in Tucson,AZ 85710 and the Manager Susan is a very very People's Manager and she always lead by example for sure ok smile. Now last of all I want to mention three of your Employees names that were very very very nice and kind to me when I was in the above Store and their names are Teresa, Antonia and Ryan Pharmacy Technicians that are very very very Caring workers ok smile. I had the privledge in working with the CVS employees in Lincolnton NC for several months. The staff is the hardest working and kindest people in which I have ever worked with. The pharmacy is non stop with activity. The staff were amazing, I just can't express enough graditude, on how I was treated and the customers as well. All of the Front register people were such a pleasure. The staff at the Lincolnton NC CVS deserve and award for their outstanding ongoing performance. Individually they out perform the norm for customer service. and as a collective group their performace is amazing.
