They’re the best option I have for my area but sometimes I have some issues they have trouble retaining quality employees it seems. But that’s a lot of other places now too after the pandemic so I accept a few problems here and there.

After placing a refill request on automated line, getting subsequently a message that you may collect the ordered RX from a near by CVS is just frustrating. I do not understand as to why the requested med can not be obtained by one CVS pharmacy from the other CVS pharmacy and supplied to the Patient,If one has to go to another CVS located far away, then why one should not use a pharmacy that does not make such suggestions that are not convenient to the patients. Incidentally my experience relates to CVS in Bensenville, IL

The staff at our CVS pharmacy gets the job done, but they always seem to be rushed and under tremendous pressure, prob due to unrealistic corporate expectations. This makes me feel bad for them. When they fire off the questions about DOB, etc. very quickly and in shorthand, it makes me very nervous. I try to avoid having to interact with some of them, in particular, while other technicians can be very nice.

I was served by Nylah at the CVS Pharmacy on S. 99 in Katy, TX. She did a good job processing my script and helping me with the Good RX app. She was patient and peaceful during a high stress time of day. Thanks Nylah!

I haven't had many problems when it comes to the CVS app or website. They make it pretty simple to refill medications online. I wish they had a better online service to keep track of health information though.

The heavyset white lady at CVS at 20 S. Valley Rd, West Orange, NJ 07052, informed us that they give masks 3 pcs. per family. My husband corrected her that it is PER PERSON. She insisted that it's 3 per family and the way she explained it was rather in a negative way. Please let the staff at this CVS branch know that three free N95 masks are available per adult according to a White House official. We hope that this embarrassing incident does occur again, especially to valued customers of the store. Thank you.

I recently visited my local CVS in Stony Point, N.Y. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful in finding a product I was looking for. Her name was Kylah and I felt it necessary to recognize her by name.

My recent experience at CVS 2601 Columbia Pike Arlington VA, with ABIDA was excellent. She provided very good customer service. The store was busy with customers. However, ABIDA was very calm and polite and tried to do her best. Other cashiers were busy also but they were ready to go extra miles.  Thank you for your time and help. Nina
