I like the CVS in Stanley NC. However, it is impossible to call the pharmacy. The phone system is a nightmare- extremely annoying.

I tried to order sildenafil online with home delivery. The link ‘Get this prescription filled at CVS Pharmacy – Start Now’ just doesn’t work! Nothing opens. You can’t reach a real person over the phone either. It’s such a shame. I’ve decided to go back to my usual pharmacy - xcheaprx.in. Even though I have to wait a bit longer, it’s much cheaper.

I've been going to my current CVS Pharmacy for quite a few years now and I have to take quite a few medications. I try to pick up my meds as close together as possible so I don't have to call and go like every other day to refill my meds. However, a few months ago I noticed that their head pharmacistcat the time left. Itdidn't seem to be a problem. Lately, however, there have been quite a few new pharmacists and Pharmacy techs coming in and leaving shortly thereafter. The biggest problem seems to be thatthe meds aren't getting ordered to the Pharmacy as often as they need them. This usually end up with a handful of angry people waiting for meds or ticked off because the Pharmacy just doesn't have their particular med in stock when they need them. It seems like a pain, but now that it's happened to me a few times, it is extremely aggravating. Especially when it's a med that you can't even call or let them know to order until the day is due. Not to mention that running out of certain meds can be downright dangerous. I'm hoping that the one by me gets it's act together soon as CVS is the Pharmacy that my Insurance wants to pay for!

CVS has been the best at keeping my meds straight and they haven't lost my meds and or account like Rite aid did. But when CVS wants me to setup an online account. They keep rejecting me. So make up your mind. If you want people to make an online account, then why is it so difficult to get it done? Fix this please.

On at least 2 occasiions my doctor has sent a prescription to CVS be filled and they were out of stock. Since I didn't receive notification regarding the status of the order I went to the pharmacy and inquired. That's when I found they didn't have it in stock and couldn't tell me when it would be in. Very poor business practice considering a persons health may depend on their medication.

I received a call from my regular CVS that my antidepressent medication was out of stock so I went there to see what could be done, if anything. I understand that with co-vid things are all messed up. I was told that another CVS had 3 bottles and to call them to confirm availability. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes and no one answered the phone. I drove to that store where there was only one person behind the pharmacy counter. The gentleman had an uncooperative attitude: he complained he had people waiting, had no staff to help, blah blah blah and referred me to another store. I was very frustrated when I arrived at the third store but Dawn Ferretti at the Bethany Home and 7th St store calmed my nerves and supplied me with enough medication to tide me over until the additional stock comes in. Thank you Dawn, you're any angel. Keep us the good work. Be safe.

Long wait but when you get someone very professional. Hirer more people

Unfortunately I had to leave a star I went and was told I could call a number and then should be able to get my prescription from a store well I can not then I needed to make a separate account with the speciality pharmacy then have my dr. Write a new scrip for the special CVS Pharmacy. Customer services is abysmal in a pandemic where health care. Get escalated to a senior staff they were great pretty much did everything I needed and only had to set up an account with the specialty pharmacy the rest of it they took care of on their end which was great!
