The problems with CVS first of all they are very slow and frequent mistkes filling prescriptions with old one or changes. When you go to a pharmacy you trust them to make sure you have what you actually need. They say the doctor should put change in I say the the pharmacist is your second defense to double check to insure your medication is correct. Now because of there limited staffing these important steps are missed which could prove fatal if not caught in time.

I had a very frustrating experience at…
I had a very frustrating experience at CVS today at the location at 4775 Rosecrans Ave in Hawthorne, CA, involving an employee named Lynn.
I was at the store picking up medication for my dog and also needed assistance getting an item from a locked skincare cabinet so I could check out everything together at the pharmacy. I waited in the aisle while the assistance bell was rung multiple times, at least four times, and no one came to help.
Another employee eventually stopped and apologized, but explained that she did not have the key to open the cabinet. During this time, I could clearly see Lynn near the front of the store stocking shelves after she had already helped me earlier in my visit.
I politely called out “Ma’am” multiple times to get her attention, and instead of approaching or even turning around, she responded from a distance with “What?” and “Yes, what do you need?” while still facing away from me.
When she finally returned to the aisle, she initially asked which product I needed instead of simply opening the cabinet so I could look. The entire interaction felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily difficult for a customer who had already been waiting patiently while trying to pick up medication for their pet.
I understand employees get busy, but basic professionalism and customer service still matter. I should not have had to repeatedly call for assistance after waiting several minutes with no response.

THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH IS SUFFERING FROM IRREGULAR SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS.
THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT CARRIED 1 LITRE AND 2 LITRE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE FOR WELL OVER A MONTH. APPARENTLY NOTHING IS BEING DONE BY CVS MANAGEMENT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE CVS EMPLOYEES I ASKED SAY THAT PEPSI CO. IS THE DIET COKE SUPPLIER, SO WHY ISN'T CVS STORE MANAGEMENT TALKING TO THE SUPPLIER? I RECENTLY BOUGHT DIET COKE AT WALGREENS AND A CVS STORE ON SEPULVEDA BLVD. IN MANHATTAN BEACH, BUT WHY ISN'T THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH GETTING LARGE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE?
ALSO TROUBLING IS THAT THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT GOTTEN A SHIPMENT SINCE LAST NOVEMBER OF ITS OWN BRAND OF B-12 5000 MCG DISSOLVING VITAMINS. POOR MANAGEMENT?
ALSO TROUBLING IS THAT THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH IS REDUCING EMPLOYEE HOURS, RESULTING IN SOME EMPLOYEES I REALLY LIKE TRANSFERRING TO OTHER STORES. SAD & TERRIBLE!
I RECENTLY CALLED THE CVS CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER IN RHODE ISLAND, ONLY TO FIND THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE HIDEOUS CVS PHONE BOT. IT APPEARS THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE LIST OF COMPANY EXECUTIVES THAT CVS CUSTOMERS CAN CALL, AND EMAILING DAVID JOYNER IS - FROM MY EXPERIENCE - A FUTILE UNDERTAKING.
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH CVS CORPORATION AND ITS 1570 ROSECRANS AVENUE STORE? GOING, GOING, GONE...???

The Pharmacy and employees in the store are nice but the woman manager is just plain nasty and short tempered. I just received an OTC benefit card and asked her to please tell me which items are eligible. I never bought OTC items through insurance before so I didn't know how it works. She said you have to buy them all first! I said to please tell me so I know if I am covered. She said "Only 1 of them is and I won't tell you which one" and she walked away. Who talks that way to a customer? If CVS wants their customers to remain loyal then they have to get rid of this rude intolerant manager. This CVS is in a retirement community and she is not fit to work here.

Kept calling the Guilford CT pharmacy
Kept calling the Guilford CT pharmacy, and the prompt request to identify if I needed parmacy or front end would not respond to commands and disconnected the calls. Had to call the Madison CT store for service. Phone system should function or offer a human option.

Good at some locations but bad at others . So bad they close their drive through when it's extremely cold out.... FORCING you to go inside. They then think they can treat you any way they feel.

Pharmacy fairy tales
I have been to this Pharmacy for the last 3 days trying to get my medication and they say that it has not come in I needed Januvia for my blood sugar and for some reason I have to go drive around the circle again because they still working on it when they knew for last two days that I needed it they're very irresponsible and making sure the patients get the medication that they need they need to be sure to do a very well checked inventory on what medications are running low so that they may Supply the customers needs this could be life or death for some CVS village drive Clayton
