I have a prescription for hydroxychloroquine. tried to fill it thru cvs and they said no. they do not fill that. I told them it was crazy they werent filling a life saving drug. It been proven effective. Ive been taking it for months. Im almost 60yo. with serious heart and lung issues as well as diabeties. I am an appraiser. I go into 2 to 6 houses a day and have since covid started. Ive never gotten covid. Thank to hydroxychloroquine. This is insane. My insurance makes me use cvs or else I would leave them in the dust.

Review of CVS Pharmacy at 5111 Wake Forest Rd. Durham, NC 27703 My wife scheduled her Covid test at this location. She received a confirmation of the time, and then later, instructions on what to do when she arrived. When she got there, they told her they couldn't do the test, with no explanation, just that they couldn't do it, and were pretty rude about it. They never tried to contact her to cancel. Don't trust this location.

My doctor ordered 2 prescriptions and when I went to the CVS site it said I could get them delivered. I paid with a credit card and then expected delivery on a Friday. Nothing. Checked on Saturday. Nothing. Called on Sunday and was on hold for 15 minutes. Nothing. Then the website tells me that the CVS I use doesn't deliver. HUH? I hate CVS!

I went to CVS and had a COVID test performed and was told I would get the results in 2 days. After 5 days of not receiving any results, I called the pharmacy and was past off to 4 different people who would not help me. The last person transferred me to a automated line where a live person is not available to talk. Then on day 7 I received notification that the test was not performed. God knows what happened with my personal information. I will never us them or shop there again!

Waited in line for almost a hour in half for my medication this is so sad

This is for the store at 12409 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ. I went in for my 2nd covid shot appt today at 5pm PST. A young man wearing a dark blue scrub top took my card and asked me to wait. I walked over to the area but before I sat down, I asked to see the vile to verify that it is Pfizer. I did this same thing during my first shot and the lady showed me. This young man said that it was Pfizer and I asked again to see the vile. His reply was, verbatim, " we are not in the business to give people the wrong shot" but then showed me. After my 15 minute waiting period, I told him that I didn't appreciate his sass when I asked to see the vile. He told me that he is a licensed ... and a trained ... (I honestly wasn't paying attention so I don't know what he said that he was). I told him that I didn't know him and that I was already nervous about getting the shot and being sassed over getting a service as serious as this was not appreciated. He replied with OK and gave me my card. The lady who gave me my first shot was kind, friendly, and professional. I hope he didn't mess up the dosage, and in hindsight, I should have asked the lady who was there to give it to me as she was the person who gave me my first shot.

Self checkout is not an option in my opinion. Will take business elsewhere when possible. Their pharmacy is verry slow as well. Not a happy customer.

I purchased three items totaling $18 at the self serve checkout and was charged $62 with multiple additional items on my receipt. I went to service desk and was told that someone had used that scanner prior to me and had not completed the sale. After 25 minutes of the salesclerk fussing with trying to reverse the sale, and having to present my driver’s license they were unable to reverse the sale. I finally gave up and left with my purchased items for which I paid triple the price. Terrible system, and poorly trained staff.
