Review for CVS in Marble Falls, Texas. I had a prescription called in on Monday 8/9/21. Kept checking in on automated system to check status. On Wednesday 8/11/21 drove to CVS to find out the status. When I got to the window I was told to come back in 20 minutes and it would be ready. Came back to find out only part was ready and they wouldn’t have the rest until the next day. After questioning why we weren’t contacted, a very very hateful lady named Deborah with anger in her voice and expression made it clear she didn’t care if the prescription was filled or not. After looking at the reviews for CVS I can see that this must be a fairly consistent attitude among their employees. Why would you even go to work if you are that unhappy working.

If you are a pharmacy and do not have antibiotics, you should not be able to call yourself a pharmacy. Do I understand that certain medications run out quickly because of the pandemic? Yes. Does it make sense that I get told the antibiotic run out because of the pandemic while the worker does not use a face mask? No. I come from a third world country and I swear pharmacies over there have better stock than CVS does.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. We have always used Walgreens and had to move to CVS, because of my wife's insurance. Found out today that Caremark is not our pharmacy insurance now. My son's doctor put in a script to them and they would constantly say, we never received it. I was on the phone with the doctor yesterday when she called them and gave them the script over the phone. I called today and they said they never received it. Not sure if it is the pharmacy in London, KY or how CVS is setup, but they really need a overhaul.

Horrible treatment of customers. The CVS on Williamsburg Pike in Brentwood is atrocious in dealing with customers. They are rude and act like you are bothering them when you try to pick up a prescription. Had an RX prescribed by my doc at 0930 electronically. Received text to pick it up and then told it will not be dispensed due to insurance. They had over 11 hours to contact the office and get an approval but did NOTHING. They left if up to me to call my own physician to get it authorized without lifting a finger to help. Do not know why anyone goes into health care to treat people poorly. I am a physician and am disgusted at their service and attitude.

Every time I need to Contact the CVS on Memorial in Murfreesboro, TN they NEVER answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 MINUTES several times and NO one answers!! I received a text from them to contact them regarding a recent medication, but couldn't reach any body!!! This happens ALL the time!!! When I go there to pick up refills they aren't ready even though their app says they're filled and most of my scripts are maintenance and are on prefill! I'm diabetic and I can't miss my meds! As I'm writing this I have to wait another 30 minutes to get filled what I was told would already be filled. My Insurance will only let me go to CVS or I would certainly be going somewhere else!! Worst service of any pharmacy I have ever used!

Absolutely the most neglected business there is they rather throw away vaccines than to give it to people that goes and ask for it , I was for one hour in line trying to schedule on line my appt since I did my Minor prior appt the system will not allowed me on same location , phone was useless they direct me to the store , I went there on my only day off 9410 fuqua in Houston the only male in the pharmacy didn’t nothing else but complain once after 30 min waiting and send me home to wait for a call , the store closed at 6 he call me at 5.55 and say he had no shows his appt was 4. At 4 pm so he did it on purpose so I will not make it on time , he clearly show he did not want it to be there and shorth handed complainer this is very horrible rather throw it away then applied to me . If one of the owner is reading this please do something about it I’m sure I’m not the only one who had they handle like this . Horrible attitude and sorry customer service from him only male on duty is Sunday 8 th of august please do something.

This has got to b the worst otc system in the modern world...and no one available with clear English... 2thumbs down👎👎 I wish there was no stars and poop pikes instead..CVS u suck

Every time I need to Contact the CVS on West Park Blvd, in Plano TX, they NEVER answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 MINUTES several times and NO one answers!! I received a text from them to contact them regarding a recent medication, but couldn't reach any body!!! This happens ALL the time!!! When I go there to pick up a refill & ask about the phone issues, I'm told "they don't have enough help to answer the phone!" My Insurance will only let me go to CVS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
