You have to sit in the drive through forever. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Walk-in line is always long. I went this week to get my meds sat in drive through forever for them just to tell me the had to order my meds. I know Covid has caused a lot of problems but dang y’all need to help your staff out. I have to give it to them they are always friendly and courteous but y’all need to take away testing or use both drive through lanes something has to change.

I never write bad reviews and I have been a frequent customer at CVS, however, this is the third and last I come to this one. Every time I come here, I spent at least 1 hour in line and they are extremely slow, but this is due to the poor management in this store. Trying to get help, the manager, Keri Shea, was really UNPROFESSIONAL while coordinating her team, rude and disrespectful with me and other customers that were in line. While waiting in line, lots of customers were complaining about the same issue about how this CVS is managed. I never had such a bad experience at a CVS, only in this location. I won´t come here anymore, always a bad experience. This location is definitively losing a lot of money with her management

The only reason there is a star is because I had no other choice. Your automated system is a joke. Hire someone to answer the phone! When I googled the Abilene Texas location on Willis after being on hold for 20 minutes i got a corporate office who cant seem to help. Im not pleased. Now been on hold with another location with no luck!! Covid is supposed to be "serious" but still got connected to a corporate office. Customer service here is a f#*@%&g joke!!!

the Loganville, GA pharmacy will not answer their phone, you will be on hold for 1-30 minutes then just get disconnected. Terrible service. The Corporate Customer service number still makes you hold over 20 minutes. Web site is useless for asking questions

Cvs on 50th and Indiana is by far the worst pharmacy to go to.......poor customer service....on hold for over an hour and staff not friendly at all.

Poor Service, bad attitudes and overpriced!

The pharmacy in Pendleton, SC never answer the phone!!! I have waited at least 20 minutes for some to answer. Then, sometimes they don’t answer at all! Why??? Some customers really need to ask about their medication and they don’t answer!
