So my cvs pharmacy just up and closed it was not doing anything with meds. The store was open buy np meds. Gate down and all. So they had 7 of my meds.. PTSD nightmare med sleeping med inhalers so I could breath due to covid and being intabated for 14 days and nerve meds and diabetes meds. So I really need all of the medicine. No one had a answer and the 20 year old manager told me to go back to the street corner I came from I spend 9,000 a month. That really got me hot go back to the street corner I came from. So 3 days nothing and now we're late 2 days on suboxon. So in 3 months these people we trust and put out lives in there hands just let me go into medical withdrawal. First time I fell in the vround and had a seizure and 911 came this time I didn't sleep for 72 hours and once again 911 seizures I am contacting a lawyer and get them total neglect on me and the first time the pharmacist made me wait purpose made me wait until I went into withdrawal. My doctor even stood in front of those people and still did that to me.. I just foind out 3 weeks ago I have a Brain tumor so I cant be played with like that. Its been a week since I got everything and I am still trying to get my diabetes under control again and I am still waking up screaming. But hey CVS is a trusted business lmao right I'm gonna scream as loud as I can and I'm gonna sue the pants out of them CVS I am going to be the worst person you ever saw. You almost killed me and it is so what ever in the store. I have all the time in the world to make this my personal mission to make the world know what you did. Mark my words CVS I'm coming for you for gross misconduct breach of duty let me make that clear for you GROSS MISCONDUCT AND BREACH OF DUTY.. That's a start BET

Every CVS I've been to is garbage. Pharmacists don't care about sick people who need their prescriptions, managers are no help, regular employees are lazy and rude. Perhaps if you paid them decent they'd work better. CVS on 1635 Bartow Road in Lakeland, FL is the absolute worst. The ones sometimes inside Target stores are no better.

CVS, Oakland Park Blvd and Bayview Drive, Fort Lauderdale. Pharmacy will not answer the phone. They are forcing people to go into the store to straighten out their prescriptions! In the middle of a Pandemic, unacceptable.

Tons of advertising showing 1 to 2 days for Testing Results, take the test and suddenly its 3 to 4 days.

I did not pick up prescription refill on the date it was filled. This is a medication I've taken for many years and had it on file at my local CVS. Because I waited 4 days to collect the refill at the pharmacy, I was assigned a new refill date which now leaves me with no reserve medicine in case I'm unable to get to the store. I was never notified of this policy regarding the arbitrary assignment of new refill dates and only discovered it when I received a text from CVS telling me it was too soon to refill. I was advised in the text to call the pharmacy which I did only to be informed that I needed to call CVS Customer Service. I did, and waited several minutes on hold only to be told that I had to call the Pharmacy. The ping pong game began bouncing between local store and Customer Service ultimately to be told nothing could be done to rectify my situation. I was then informed to contact CVS via the Customer Service email option, after filling out an excessive amount of info on the email form and writing a complete description of my issue with CVS I was informed that the platform is inoperable. It was the ultimate slap in the face, we don't give a damn about you as a customer experience ! The pharmacists in my CVS have known me for years and have always provided good, reliable service. Unfortunately, they have no control over the new corporate policies enacted out of greed, bottom line mentalities. As a result of these policies I can no longer trust CVS with my life saving medications. I am now going with a local, independently owned pharmacy where compassion, concern, service and personal attention are valued.

CVS refused to fill a prescription for a Doctor prescribed Ivermectin. I was treated rudely by the pharmacist in the Thorndale PA. store. He could have cared less that Ivermectin saved my life 5 days earlier. He said "Good for you" I will NOT fill the prescription. Who make this folks God? Your company has blood, suffering and death on their hands. I will never shop at this un-American POS ever again. Ivermectin can eradicate the Pandemic. Your company is part of the problem and all involved with this horrific decision will burn in hell!!! GOD Bless our great country!!

I came into my local CVS Pharmacy store (#6073 - Livingston NJ) today to inquire about pricing for a medication I have. The pharmacist (woman) I did not get her name, was very unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude with me. I requested pricing for a Rx that was currently with Amazon Pharmacy, and I wanted to transfer the Rx to CVS for pricing and ordering; however, she was SO DISCOURTEOUS that she didn't even come over to greet me. She commanded me to go to another window/counter and asked for me to provide my DOB (PII information) so that everyone in the store can hear it. SHE WAS TO F****ING LAZY TO WALK OVER TO THE CONSULTATION COUNTER. Being so unhelpful, she said I cannot transfer my Rx, but said I can only have my doctor call in with a new script. She did not explain that that was the only way to price the medication. I am taking my business ELSEWHERE FOR GOOD, esp. in a very affluent town. i will gladly pay more somewhere than to be treated with disrespect and CLEAR VIOLATION OF HIPAA rules. The people at the pharmacy need to be educated on the protocols and legal obligations.

Had the worst customer experience at CVS near LSU, especially prescribed medicine pick-up section. Looks like they are working out of charity. They are donating prescribed meidactions not selling them.
