This store doesn't deserve a 1 star but cannot do the review unless you give at least a 1 star. The CVS in Anna, TX is horrible. They never answer the phone and never have your rx ready when promised. If there is an issue with the insurance, they make you call them instead of them doing their job to get it fixed. I had surgery yesterday and needed my antibiotic filled to start taking yesterday but they are still working on it 26 hours later. They are under staffed and when there are several there, they ignore the phone and the people at the counter. When going through the drive thru, it is so slow. They take about 10 to 20 minutes per car and it isn't better when you go in. They need specific people appointed to do each job instead of spreading them everywhere. It would be nice to be able to speak with someone. Due to insurance reasons I can only use them. I am going to get the all transfered to McKinney at a different pharmacy to get better service. I would rather drive 15 miles then give this company my money for such horrible service.

I called cvs to ask about delivering my prescriptions since I have cancer and can’t get out so well. After answering all the questions she didn’t even tell me who she was sending my call to. I tried asking to no avail. Then I was on hold for 15 minutes! Then the phone rang once and disconnected!!! If I call back I don’t know what department to ask for. I’m not going to call back. wish my insurance would let me go to another pharmacy because cvs is a horrible place. I do NOT shop there other than scripts. And don’t get me started on the drive thru, a complete mess and takes forever. If you have a choice of pharmacies DO NOT go there. I have used other pharmacies and never had a problem.

I tried getting necessary prescriptions filled for my little boy who had just come home from hospital after having major surgery and was not successful they didn’t have or would take weeks to get my insurance required me to use cvs but they made my baby suffer

The CVS on Mallard Creek Rd. in Charlotte North Carolina has the worst customer service. You never can get through to the pharmacy when you call. I called twice, left on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. They need someone there to answer the phone!

I scheduled a China Virus test in order to travel and WORK FOR A LIVING also have a day window on results that can take 48 hours to come back. I was a few minutes late and they refused to give me this disgusting test!!!! I had to get a rapid test ( which I paid our of pocket for) and WILL go on vacation. CVS will soon have a lawsuit coming their way!!!! You are an extensuon/puppet of the government. Be prepared. You messed with the wrong guy.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They charged me $15 more than others. When I asked about it, they said "every pharmacy has their own co-pays." They also would not accept my Good Rx card because they said my script was an emergency fill since I was down to the last pill.

Sat Sept 11th. The clerk at the front register, JILL was rude and disccourteous. Actually hollered at me and offered no pleasant parting at the end of sale, just a cold stare. 6070 Maple Rd Store approx. 5:00 PM.

Tried for 2 days to reach pharmacy about side effect of medicine I had filled. Never got an answer. Spoke to Julie she was rude and argumentative. I called a Competitor and got through to pharmacy on 1st try and they answered my question. CVS is the worst pharmacy I have ever had a prescription filled at.
