Mr. I Kone, Pharmacist, deserves a medal for saving my day! With a combination of CVS errors and then the lady at the cash register had NO empathy and after having a really rough day, Mr. Kone stepped out from behind his area to assist me. I went to a local CVS this morning in Philadelphia,PA (10th and Reed). I am still in awe at how amazing this young woman was who was working the front checkout area. Her name was Sabina, and she absolutely needs a promotion!!! I've never had customer service this great in my life! So attentive, that she remembered I was there the previous day and overheard me talking about how my purchase was more than I expected, so when I went there today I was going towards the self-checkout and she said "hey I can take care of you here." So I went over and she signed me up for extra care card VIP, then proceeded to help me with coupons and I ended up leaving the store with 6 items for only $2!!! This young lady is incredibly intelligent, conscientious, and puts in 110% into her job. It's not too often these days to come across a person so dedicated to their job! She deserves a huge promotion and pay raise. I will never forget how wonderful she was!

The New Young Lady At the front counter is amazing. She lights up that store I’ve haven’t seen that in a while she makes you feel welcome and she helps with everything you need while you’re in there , that is what that store has been needing! Her name is Lynnita , I will shop more as long as she there , That store needed her Grandbay store 4782

I always receive good service at CVS but a special young man stands out to me for his exceptional customer service. His name is Abraham at store #3418. His customer service is outstanding! He is smiling, friendly, polite, respectful, energetic and shows each customer that he is there to make their shopping and checkout process a positive one.
