I think it's very dishonest of CVS to give me an unknowingly discount for two years then my next refill charge me $1,400. Yes that's $1,400 so I have to ween myself off this medication and I'm suffering withdrawals like a common drug addict...I find this malpractice and very unprofessional.

The pharmacy asked me to pick up a prescription, but when I got to the counter, the agent could not locate it. I asked the agent to have the drug sent to my house but received a non-committal response. I called "customer service" to make sure that my request would be honored. This agent put me on hold repeatedly (for a total of approximately 14 minutes), only to inform me that the pharmacy would charge me for a delivery. When I asked for assurance that pharmacy personnel had located my prescription, crickets. Anyone know of a competitor in the vicinity where this kind of behavior would not be tolerated?

First their on-line app is horrible. Second, just try getting a person on the phone. Third, they do not follow through, such as for prior authorizations. Fourth, they do not answer questions in a sensible way, totally worthless answers. Fifth - bad service overall. Can't think of a positive thing to say. Zero stars should be an option.

Make a drive to add money account, told me I can't *bad business...only that location..

Can't contact CVS Pharmacy by phone. Only option is to leave a VM. I realize that customer service isn't as appreciated by the retailers as it used to be, or as it should be, but this has gone to far. This isn't ordering from Amazon, this is for a pharmacy. Your pharmacist is the next thing to your doctor, & CVS just removed that relationship. In the time I waited to be called back I called Publix pharmacy & spoke with a very polite friendly person who transferred my prescriptions. I have already received texts from Publix stating my RX is ready for pick up before CVS called me back. So, you tell me, which service would you go with?

Aston the store manager was very rude to me. My mom and I were in there around 3 o’clock maybe about 230 3 o’clock. She was very very rude to me and I did not appreciate it and me and my mom spent over $100 in there and plus we have prescription pharmacy in there which I love very very she was very, very rude and I really I don’t really appreciate it. She told me not to come for her whatever that means not to come for her and stop looking at her she was unbelievable unprofessional.

Despite the pharmacy being aware that my prescription had been received, it was not filled in a timely manner. This lack of action caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption, especially given the importance of maintaining continuity with prescribed medication. This is not the first time I have experienced delays or lack of communication regarding prescription readiness, which raises concerns about reliability and process management at this location. I would appreciate a clear explanation of why the prescription was not filled when it was already on file, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Additionally, I request improved communication regarding prescription status so that I am not left uncertain about availability. Please treat this matter with appropriate urgency

Que horror Oswaldo nos atendió tan amargado mal educado y grosero . Parece que no le gusta atender al público. Soy una sexagenaria y necesitaba ayuda y él llegó y me faltó el respeto . Las personas alrededor se impresionaron del resto hacia mí . Deberían de buscar otra clase de persona . 😡😡😡😡
