I only been to one CVS BUT , this one is literally 5 mins away from my home and they are always so busy I have to wait 30 mins on hold to see if meds are done , and when I do one to pick up meds they say there’s no insurance on the meds so you have to come out of pocket for arc discount . IVE BEEN TO THIS PHARMACY SEVERAL TIMES AND WHOLE FAMILY AND there’s no insurance card on file . B.s smh that being said I have never had to go behind someone this many times . I’m not sure if I’m being extra or not but , what if someone really needed those meds and they weren’t covered or because someone dropped the ball . ?

I was out of town visiting friends. I found out that someone I had been in contact with had been exposed to covid. I made an appointment to have a covid test at a cvs three blocks from where I was staying. I got there and was refused the test as I was not in a vehicle. They suggested that I rent a scooter. I am, by the way, 70 years old. No one asked me any questions about my health. They refused to do the test on me. What about all the people who can not afford a car. Why would an Uber driver be expected to risk their health to take someone to a test. Shame on you cvs

A store manager in Plano, TX talked me into signing up for CVS ExtraCare. He told me I could simply cancel at any time. NO YOU CANT! I cannot cancel my membership nor can I delete my debit card from the account. I have emailed twice to cancel my account, but I get no response. I tried to call CVS, but I get the "unusually high volume" message which really means, "we aren't going to talk to you." RUN FROM CVS EXTRACARE unless you enjoy throwing away your money.

People, local over rides corporate. The pharmacist was not only condescending she spoke on speaker allowing the people to hear my personal information. Because I was persistent about my prescription she told another employee to where others could hear, “that I was not all there”. Corporate office was on the line. People of Zapata Texas these people trample on your privacy, because they are aware I’m autistic, and this is how they treat people with special needs. I’m embarrassed for them.

Horrible customer service in CVS, I purchased product at the store but I didn’t get my extra bucks rewards as said in the deal at the store but I called customer care twice for almost an hour waiting they suddeny hang up on me! What a waste of my time considering I am always buying stuff at cvs just to get my rewards back! Hope they improved theycustomer service!

CVS website said $59-69 for a cholesterol test. So I scheduled an appointment and went in. All I wanted was the numbers, the reading. I didn't want any advice and told her I just wanted a print out of what the readings were. I wasn't there for advice. Still, she asked me way too many questions as if she was pretending to be my Dr even though I had already told her I wasn't there for advice, but only the reading. I tolerated her politely. When it was done, and I had my print-out, she charged me $179 and I freaked out. I told her what the website said (website said $59-69 for a cholesterol test.) and invited her to go look at the webpage herself. She refused and still charged me 300% more than what the price was advertised to me. Immediately, I moved my $600 per month prescription fills away from CVS and over to publix. CVS now has the perfect recipe for chasing away their long time loyal customers, and chasing them away for life. You win, I am gone forever CVS.

Made an appointment for my son for the flu shot one week out. The day before the appointment I got an email and a text message around 1AM - 2AM stating the appointment was canceled click this link. I clicked the link with more information stating I may missed the appointment. There was no real information other an red button to schedule again. I waited till the minute clinic opened and called my local store. I got routed to a call center which has been setup. The call center lady told me it happens for various reason either we ran out of the flu shot, or the person on call got sick. We have no way of looking of the appointment to see what happened. I found all this information to be odd with Covid-19 going on and the fact CVS has invested so much money in a Covid-19 information center to keep vaccinated cards, and other information that they cannot look up appointment's for other shots. Long story short my sons doctor's office had them in stock and gave an appointment for the same day. Unlike CVS they actually call you if issues and simply do not cancel them.
