Absolutely horrible customer service. Never fill your prescriptions here. Every month there is a problem. This month I had to come back 3 different days and I still don’t have the medication. Yesterday The male pharmacist apologized And told it would be ready in the morning. I came this morning and the woman just rudely told me they just opened and I had to wait atleast an hour. Every month since December there has been a problem and Ive had to come back several times. Its absolutely rediculous. Now she just told me that they cant fill it for 2 days they only have 20 of the 6o pills. Unbelievable!

They almost killed me was in the ER. They code green me crash team came in sent to Cat scan.Had a tub put in my penis. Pee in a bag for three days.Had to go and yank the tube out.All because it took them four days to fill a prescriptions I went in to withdrawal. I submitted the medication fifteen times. And they said sorry to hear that. All I want is just have them pee a bag for three days and I will except that.

I would drive 100 miles for a refill if my insurance would pay for it, rather than use CVS! Used for years and they are the same with their ignorance. The phone system sucks! Held on for, literally, 47 minutes then "dropped". Held for another 11 minutes and a person answered in another state and ready to talk to me about COVID but can't help me with a prescription refill. Hung up. Called back. Held on 29 minutes. Here comes the "Virtual Assistant" again to tell me about COVID. She won't even transfer me to where I was! I was forced to hang up........again! I will have to go to CVS to get this prescription filled. Not the first time either!

20641 Fairmount Blvd, Shaker Heights, Ohio Saddest CVS i’ve ever been in. Stressed out front desk cashier - untrained assistant manager? Submitted 2 requests for photos (wake/funeral) at 3:00p & 4pm. Receipts said ready at 5pm & 6pm. I walked in at 6:20 and the cashier said i should have known to call first. The photos hadnt been printed yet. So I waited 1/2 an hour while the printing was going but only 75% of the photos printed before the printer ran out of ink & paper. No one in the store could successfully refill the printer - so i asked to pay for what i had. They said leave it & get it tomorrow. Can’t i leave at 5am for my flight. So then it took another 10 minutes for them to figure out how to ring it up as a partial sale. So i had to pay for ALL the photos including the 2 dozen that didn’t print!!!

Scottsburg, IN *DO NOT USE* Shorted my refills MULTIPLE times and will never take ownership of it. Worst customer service! Katie is the pharmacist. Have had other problems with CVS in the past. Simply take your business somewhere else!

Pharmacy would not accept a return on Musinex D that was purchased the previous day. The Mucinex box had not been opened, had not been tampered with nor had the original packaging been dented. The pharmicist that sold me the product did not disclose to me at the point of sale the Mucinex was non returnable nor are there any signs and or warnings on the pharmacy counter that the Mucinex was non returnable due to the fact that the Mucinex sale is registred on your driver license. Get this CWS: Wal Mart will take a return on the same product. The purchase from Wal Mart if purchased from Walmart would be registered to your drivers license and that sale will stay on ypur license. Once again Wal Mart will accept a return on the product. This is the reason CVS drug stores suck big time as store and a Pharmacy. They just don't care about doing right thing by their customer. I would avoid all CVS stores at all costs like the inside air of all CVS stores houses the Covid-D virus and the Ebola virus as well! Go to WalMart! GAP

Cvs In Cornwall 65 Quaker ave Cornwall newyork. As I’m waiting to get my Covid shot I have my son who is 5 and has autism. He’s a bit fidgety and the pharmacist that works in the pharmacy or customer service rep, elderly person with salt and pepper hair in a bun kept staring. Seems very annoyed that the chairs for waiting where moved and was rude to my father. My son is non verbal so he sometimes throws a scream and makes noises and this grown woman says out loud so everyone could stare more Oh my God!!!! Really loud. I had my shot and I needed to stay for 15 minutes I had to leave. It’s just said that a grown woman couldn’t just ignore my sons noises. Cause again he is autistic and assume my child was mis-behaving! I’m highly upset and sometimes I want to cry. This should raise more autism awareness. Just because a child screams or make noises doesn’t mean there bad they may have sensory issues and are over stimulated! Or a child maybe non verbal. I hope someone did say something to her. Would like to know who else I can call!
