Made an apt for a COVID test. Received an e-mail and 4 texts confirming the apt. Drove over and a sign was posted, No COVID testing today. Was told to come back later. Ridiculous. Where were the 4 texts telling me the apt was no longer available.

Got 5 reminders for a Covid Test. Opted out of reminders. Test was at 10:30am. Got another reminder at 9:30am. Got to the appointment and told all Test canceled and should have gotten a text. Hum, yeah got a text at 2:30pm.

My insurance company changed to them..I lasted as long as I could ( about six months) but couldn’t stand the poor customer service any long..to say poor is being gracious..horrible is a better term..switched. To the only other option I had Walmart and have been very very happy with their service, etc. CVS desirves to close and ho out of business Terrible company!

They are ripoffs. Plain and simple. They will quote you a price for a consultation at their "Minute Clinic" and then DOUBLE it when the consultation is over. They CON you into paying $10/tablet ... which is OVER 10 times the normal price. F*ing thieves. DO yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Just got a booster shot from an antivaxer, so called "nurse" giving me an earful why she's not getting it, while giving "me" the shot. CVS shouldn't hire people like that, or keep their opinions to themselves...very uncomfortable!!!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!Their customer service is the worst. Their local pharmacies disconnect you after you wait 45 minutes on the phone! A truly horrible corporation! CVS treats it's customer's with no sense of urgency.

To bad I had to leave one star! The pharmacy customer service is beyond terrible! Long waits and no one knows what’s going on. I’m getting the same response from other customers.

CVS on Smokey Park in Asheville is horrible. They will not answer the phone. There computer system is frustrating. I’m stuck with this low rate drug store due to my insurance. They send out text for your to use there keep fill service. I will not do that because one of the drugs they want me to refill has never once been prescribed to me. They never can keep any staff. I feel sorry for the folks working there. I imagine it’s a horrible working environment.
