Went to CVS at Military and Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach in September 2021 and they offered me a rewards card, the cashier said all the good things about it BUT THAT WILL CIST ME $ 5.00 MONTHLY. I found out reading my e-mails. To me this has no excuse, hiden something like this it is unacceptable. I called the number to cancel at 8:34 AM today, Sunday and they were not open yet although says Sunday opens at 8:30. I called later and it was hard to understand because the person has a horrible accent. She kept reading her text, at the end I told her to stop reading a text and to stop offering me to keep the rewards because I will lose my discounts and so on. I told her to stop trying and just cancel it and ... SHE RANG UP ON ME 😨 This CVS is net door guess if I will ever go back there or any other CVS.

Yesterday I purchased two identical items from Park Plaza CVS Pharmacy in Wantagh NY. The purchase price for the two items was total of $49.99. This morning I went back to return one of the two items, after over one hour of many employees attempting to process the refund, and many other customers allowed to go ahead. A store manger said the refund should be $20.00 even. I am not blaming the employees they tried to remedy and explain. Four employees involved not one apologized. I wish a had thrown item in garbage and not wasted my time. I have cancelled all my refills. I am sincerely hoping I never have to walk in this place again.

CVS did a Covid Test for me but the website for results is useless and they just put you on hold at the pharmacy - complete waste of time. I finally got a phone number and learned my test was negative but I wanted results I could print! Never using them again.

Prices are obviously higher than any other vendor, any. And the wait for simple products is very long. I am switching my families scripts to Winn Dixie or Walmart. I will Never visit CVS again. Too expensive and inefficient.

Scheduled a COVID vaccine for my wife and myself. Takes a minute to do this. Got the time confirmed by text. We drove to CVS, about a 20 minute drive. Stood there waiting for 30 minutes plus while the pharmacist ;!!;ed off the whole time. “We’re here for the vaccine”. “We’ve been out of it for two weeks, online system is messed up. Maybe come back next week”. Need I say more.

Booked a Phizer booster appointment online. Selected the location, accurately filled out the questionnaire, booked it, received confirmation text of appointment and location. Went to that CVS and was told "oh, we don't have the vaccine at this location" Here's an idea...don't accept reservations for vaccines at the location if you don't have them available!!

Canceled my online order after 3 days with ZERO explanation. Never had that happen at Amazon or Walmart.com. Don't waste your time ordering anything online from CVS.
