If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I spent 1 hours last month getting my elderly mother signed up, this month no pills, no emails, no phone calls. Have been on hold for 30 minutes and still haven't spoken to a human.

I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE AND THE ONLY REASON I USE IT IS BECAUSE IT IS ONLY A HALF BLOCK FROM MY HOUSE.I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS ,I HAVE 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CANCER AND UNIMAGINABLE PAIN IN MY BONES FROM GOING THRU THE TREATMENT ROUTINE SOME DAYS SO BAD I CANT WALK.I'VE BEEN GETTING THE SAME MEDICATION SINCE 2006 EVERY MONTH IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO EVEN GET MY MEDS ON TIME SOMETIMES THEY DONT EVEN ORDER THEM FROM THEIR SUPPLIER UNTIL THE DAY THEY RECIEVE THE PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DR.THEN THEY ACT LIKE IM A JUNKIE BECAUSE I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG.THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE PHARMACY THAT TREATS YOU HUMAN THE REST ARE SUPER RUDE AND ACT LIKE YOUR IMPOSING ON THEM WHEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT A EXTRA HOUR AFTER YOU GO TO PICK THEM UP.IF I WAS GOING TO BE A JUNKIE I WOULDVE STARTED LONG BEFORE THE AGE OF 70.AND THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS, THEY REALLY NEED TO GET PEOPLE THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHERED THEY SHOULDVE GOT A DIFFERENT PROFESSION. THE WHOLE DAMN PLACE NEEDS A COMPLETE MAKE OVER WITH LOWER PRICES AND RESPECTABLE PEOPLE TO WORK THERE.

Horrible! After being told my prescription was ready via text I went to drive through to pick it up. The line was around the building and not moving… so I clicked on the delivery option on my message that said delivered in 1-2 days…7 days and multiple unanswered phone calls later I got my prescription shoved in my mailbox… now i was out of my daily meds for 3 days and not once did anyone as much as answer the phone when I tried to contact the pharmacy!

I can't drive so my husband went to CVS pharmacy to get my medication as they called me to let me know that It was ready to pick up. When my husband arrived it was not ready, he had errands to do so he told them what will come back later. They told him that in an hour it would be ready. To prevent this from happening again I called the pharmacy to ask them to start sending my medicines by mail ... I can't believe it, I started at 12:10 pm and finished at 2:09 pm, it seems like it's only two hours, but no They hung up the phone and I had to call 6 times, they kept hanging up the call until I got tired of being disrespected. Not only do patients need their medicine, but if we wouldn’t exist, they wouldn't have a job. Neither picking up the medicine nor trying to get it delivered to me, I have been successful, I know that nothing works the same, but I also know when customer service is bad and when the person does not want to help. I hope there is a responsible person to face me.

COVID appointments are scheduled, but not honored.

I’d give it a negative if I could I speaks a lot of money here but the pharmacy is awful! I have had prescriptions messed up and have gone out of my way to confirm a medication I really needed was ready because at first they told me they didn’t have. I get there they have the prescription but then they walk away and say it’s going to be 10 mins. I sit there for over 30 mins and still no medication they said they are “working on it” I went out of my way to make sure the meds were ready to pick up before making the trip and I’m just sit and wait. I’m so sick of them messing around and taking ridiculous amounts of time to get a prescription completed

Have done 2 calls trying to get my issue resolve but they can’t just validate what I I’m saying by going on the website. Spoke to Majr no help. Called again spoke to Elvi was on the phone over 35 min so at the end she hung up on me. I asked her to transfer to a manager Cy. We will see how long it takes to call back. My issues is I placed order online I was looking for items that qualify under Beauty club so I clicked and selected items from there. Costly items making my order $65 and got nothing back they are telling me they search items they don’t qualify but I keep explaining how I got to them explaining Beaty bucks back. I needed $5 in my current accumulation on the Beaty club rewards so I should of received $9 but looks like they just don’t want to listen to how I got to the items purchased. Just saying they don’t qualify. Why don’t they take the time to look how I shopped for them. Really frustrated.

Very bad service in Lodi NJ today, was told that my daughter 3 medication will be ready week before only to find out following week only 1 was ready, the second one don’t see it but can refill it in 30 min and the third one don’t have it and the guy BINAL cannot help me so I have to drive on my own from one place to another to see who have it because CVS don’t have system to check which location have the medication in stock or maybe offer the customer to be delivered the medication but was chosen not to help.
