Today I had a Covid vaccine booster shot. When I arrived home, I saw on my computer that I could print out the information about my vaccine booster. BUT FIRST, I had to answer survey questions. I did. Then the site informed me I could go no further until I updated my password, BUT THEY FIRST had to verify it was ME! They sent a code to an email address which I had to access on a different computer (ugh). the code arrived ten minutes later. I finally was able to change my password, but I was never re-directed back to the information page where it said I would be sent after I did all they requested. Nope, didn't happen. After much effort on my part, I arrived at a vaccine records information site, and it said I had no vaccine records under my name (of course not because they have my name and address wrong!!). More searching. I eventually found information on my booster, my name was spelled wrong, my address and phone number were wrong (from 15 years ago before I moved). I checked my CVS "profile". My information was correct there, but not on my vaccine information. I called the CVS care line, and was connected by someone to a different number for which I waited on my phone for 20 minutes.... and guess what ? They disconnected me telling after saying the number to which THEY had connected me ( and on which I had waited for 20 minutes) was an incorrect number!!! I called a different number, no one answered. I called the pharmacy where I received the shot. Disconnected!!!! I got my shot, and their paperwork is wrong, but it's not my problem at this point. Oh and one last thing...the report said my temperature was 98.9f. NO ONE ever took my temperature, and it's never that unless I am sick. My normal temp is 97.6. I am done with CVS. I leave as an unhappy CVS customer, and will spend my money at Walgreens.

I have tried to get the local CVS pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions for weeks. I sent them another message on their website yesterday. They apparently did not read my message. If they did they would know I have already done what they suggested in their reply. I've tried transferring my prescriptions 5 times, including twice at the store with the pharmacist. I also spoke to a pharmacist on the phone about transferring all my prescriptions from another pharmacy and he said he would take care of it, but he did not. Yesterday I went to the store only to find out they sent a refill request (maybe others) to the wrong doctor who understandably denied it. And they left my insulin in a 'processing' status for days , even though it was in stock, until I went in and made them look. Apparently they just left my prescription sit there and forgot about it without filling it even though the insulin was in stock. Since they did not care to read my message completely (another example of the usual terrible customer service) and because of the atrociously terrible service and lack of concern from the store pharmacists I have no other alternative but to go to a different pharmacy. Their lack of competence and "don't care" attitude could cause a person like me with serious health problems to become sick, hospitalized and even death.

10/23/21: People check your meds!!!! CVS pharmacy in Target, Trum. has a new female pharmacist that gave me the wrong medicine. Instead of my blood pressure meds, she refilled and gave me erectile dysfunction medication. She apologized & gave me a $5. target gift card--big damn deal!! Pay attention to your medication from there.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. My wife just had spinal surgery and a stroke. She had multiple perceptions to be filled when she was released from the hospital. She was in extreme pain . The pharmacist decided she didn’t need as much as was prescribed by the doctor and decided not to fill the order because he just didn’t feel comfortable filling it from what he said. My wife had to call the surgeon to tell him so he could call the pharmacy to get him to fill it and had to argue with him before he would fill it. The pharmacist thinks he knows more than the doctor and tried to over rule the doctor. In my eyes it only makes him look like an idiot and causes people to have issues get their medication that is issued by a doctor.

If CVS employees are unable to understand how to answer the phone, it makes me really nervous to trust them with filling my prescriptions, just saying!!!
