I am rating my experience at my local CVS a 1 because there isn't an option for a lower score.The CVS store located at 1200 N. State Road 7 in Margate, Fl is the worst managed CVS I've ever been in.The problem begins with the arrogant manager, who possesses absolutely no customer skills. If that's not bad enough, he is rude and dismissive of customers. In addition to my own interactions with him, I've witnessed his rudeness with other customers. My family and I spend a considerable amount of money at CVS. After today's incident that WILL change. In addition to my interaction with the manager, I purchased an OTC product. I asked the pharmacist whether the cough product caused drowsiness. She glanced at the bottle and her response was I don't think so. Unfortunately she was too damn busy to check it out. So much for customer care. I won't paint all CVS stores negatively, but this store, under this manager isn't worthy of your patronage.

CVS corporate is making money but not giving the staff they need to serve the community. These people are working double duty to do prescriptions and now they have to do all the vaccines. If I was a pharmacist there I would quit. They are paying a lot of money to put out ads on tv but they do not staff their stores. Now you cannot even call if for a prescription or call the pharmacy to get info because they are to busy to answer the phones. Now they not only have to give the flu vaccine but they have to give the Covid vaccine and the new boosters. This is Marin County that is one of the riches counties in the world and I know they are making money but they are putting in corporate pockets. Get more staffing. This is ridiculous.

CVS Poulsbo and Silverdale. The most inefficient customer care in the pick up, vaccination line ever. One person, the Pharmacist, filling prescriptions, giving vaccine shots and also waiting on customers. We have never seen anything like it. Everyone is in the same line in Silverdale......both rx pickup and appointment vaccine shots. Some people told me they had been waiting two hours or more. Hire a few more people!!!! No way to treat people.

CVS on William Howard Taft is a joke and all their managers and employees... They allowed an older woman name Roslyn... To scream at you about anything and won't do anything about it...

I’ve been a cvs customer for years but I recently switched to Rite Aid. Their service now is terrible and they no longer pick up the phone. I know that part of it is due to COVID but it hasn’t impacted Rite Aid to the same degree. When I called RA, they picked up the phone in less than 30 seconds.

Ridiculous service. Non existence customer service. I scheduled a Covid-19 test required for travel and 72 hours later still don't have the results. I called and called and they kept putting me to the same automated line. I missed my flight, wasted a whole day at the airport and still no results.

CVS is driving its customers insane. I signed up for CarePass after the pharmacist suggested I could get delivery, signed up and paid $ 52.00 for a year in advance. Now they say my insurance does not allow deliveries, and wont refund the money. I got lied to. Good luck trying to get hold of anyone, it is a big lop game with the phone they are playing. After I said I have spend 6 hours on the phone, most of the time on hold, rest of the time waiting for transfers, etc. etc. CVS sent me an e-mail with apology and to call the same number to make it right. Why did I choose to call 1 more time, again spent 1 hour, and after a hold the calls get dropped. CVS does not care about customers. How long does it take to address an issue, forever, maybe.

Do not go to any CVS pharmacy at 1130 Lincoln Way E, Massillon, Oh store 8248. While I was in the long line at the pharmacy, they made an announcement that the pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes because they dont have anyone to work. I arrived at 3:45 and they closed at 4:00. They dont answer their phone and their website still says they are open till 9:00. I have started rationing my medication. I am only taking half of what my doctor has prescribed. This is criminal and somebody is going to die! I cant even transfer my prescriptions because nobody can even tell me if they have received them because they havent even logged the new incoming prescriptions in weeks!
