CVS was terrible in every way. It takes forever to reach them by phone. Their phone systems stinks. It does not respond to voice commands or two keyboard commands.
CVS totally messed up my prescriptions. I had three prescriptions at CVS and had two of them transferred to another pharmacy where it would be cheaper. When I called CVS to check on the third prescription they said they didn't have it. But the new pharmacy also didn't have it. My prescription got lost in the ether. I had to have my doctor call it in to the new pharmacy, where it cost a few extra dollars but it was worth it to not have to deal with CVS.
I will never use CVS again for anything.

Horrible Pharmacy Service
They have cancelled my prescriptions, they have duplicated my prescriptions, they have taken over 24 hours to fill a prescription for antibiotics, it seems to be more problems over time. I can't do it anymore, my health is suffering from it. I will find a new place and have my meds transfered.

Terrible
Terrible. On hold 15 minutes. They say my prescriptions will be ready in 2 hours, not ready after 5 hours, this happened 3X. They say they refilled and never did. I Left CVS and went to Walgreens. Walgreens is much better and customer friendly. I WOULD NEVER GO TO CVS PHARMACY AGAIN. They just lost a several thousand dollar a month customer.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PHARMACY.
Have used CVS for too many years to remember. The customer service has traditionally been poor. But since they are in our area, we used them.
However, waiting on hold for 40 - 60 minutes to ask about a medication is ridiculous..
Have been to the store in person, called the corporate offices, as well as complained to the cvc store manager. All to no avail.
Poor CS prior to Covid. Worse now.
We will be switching to another pharmacy. NOTHING IS WORTH THIS FRUSTRATION.

No record of covid shot appointment
I had an appointment for a covid booster shot on Nov 2nd. CVS sent me a confirmation for that appointment. When I got to the pharmacy they had no record of it! Then I called their support and the guy said, sarcastically, "what do you want me to do about it?". Then I submitted to their survey afterward, which would not load in Chrome nor Firefox. Then they sent me an email on Nov 3 that the appointment for Nov2 was cancelled - a day after the fact. I submitted another survey - so a repeat of the Nov 2nd CVS failures. No contact to explain their failures. And, of course, no apology!

Treated rudely
I went to the CVS on 851 S. Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, Texas, on October 27th. When I came in, I noticed the cashier had her head down and was pre-occupied at something. I bought a birthday card, a tunic, and a gift card and asked the cashier (#1330592 Angelica) what the price of the tunic was (no prices on the tags). She sharply told me to go scan it and any coupons I have at the machine. I did that and came back to check out. I was a little uncomfortable to even ask her any questions. She seemed bothered and was rude in her tone of voice to me. Angelica was not pleasant at all with me. She just went through the motions and also received a phone call at the end of my checkout but did not say thank you or goodbye like the cashiers normally do. She just kept talking on the phone. I normally shop at my CVS at 500 N. Bagdad Rd in Leander but was close by this location. I did go back in on November 1st and was checked out by the manager. He was so very nice, helpful and polite. I have not run into a rude cashier, ever, at CVS so this really surprised me. I am old school and have worked in retail and believe that no matter what kind of day you are having, you put on a smile and you are polite to customers, even if they are rude, wrong, whatever. The customer comes first, not you. Customer service is extremely important because you want people to come back. It is a problem in our world now across the board with too much entitlement. Thank you for letting me share my experience and moving forward, I hope that Angelica is kinder to customers.

CVS is disappointing
Time and time again, CVS disappoints. My prescriptions are never ready. One time I received a prescription bottle with another person’s information (Full name, address and the medication information) under my label. This is clearly a HIPPA violation.
