Worst store in the USA..they just give u such a hard time if you wanna return anything..”go back to the original store”..”we cant return this cant return that” …”there is a limit to the number of items we can take back” Is this is their actual return policy then atleast let the customers know

Terribly rude service at the Main St. location in Newark, Oh. This occurred about 10:00 a.m. I will not visit this store anymore!

The men that work at the E Flamingo Mnt. Vista location in Las Vegas Nevada are the most unprofessional rudest males I've ever witnessed. They are either too lazy or could just care less, or maybe they just hate people and their jobs and want to intentionally make them suffer because of their neglect and try to extort you for cash payment even when insurance covers 100 % They will intentionally delay any approval request for weeks and not allow you to get your medication if you dont give them cash $$$ even if insurance plan will cover they make it intentionally impossible to get medication for surgery until days after intentionally causing severe pain and suffering on purpose to be malicious!!!!!!!!!! Even if Dr sends it in to aquire proper approval weeks in advance. Thus all seems very SUS and UNETHICAL causing patenience having major surgery unessasery pain and suffering and treat you less a human being it's dishonorable !!! I was also blatantly lied to about dates of earlier prescriptions to cover up their mistakes and the fact they overlooked aquiiring approval after servral requests from Drs for weeks in advance neglecting their job then attempting to cover mistakes or maybe its intentionally done to scam people out of money I cant tell the motivations because they treat me so rude and make nasty remarks and clearly hate the customers or just the females and and treat me less than human on purpose every time ive been there :-( its a horrible experience with every male employee i have been unlucky enoughto be forced to attemptto communicate with ... Either way its disgraceful customer service and a lack of human decency and completely unethical behavior 4 sure DO BETTER GUYS !!! U R EVERYTHING WRONG IN THIS SOCIETY THESE DAYS !!! Both my Dr's offices say they are the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy staff they have ever attempted to work with. Most unprofessional and frankly illegally attempt to extort you for money. These guys are diabolical and completely inept and do not have any human respect. I saw the pharmacist laugh about a person on hold being hung up on after sitting on hold for ever !!! I also witnessed him gossiping really loud about patience he was saying extremely disrespectful remarks about customers it's honestly disrespectful and a major A HIPPA violation. Never been treated so rude and disrespectful in my life by a pharmacy !!! My second encounter with the situation I went back the next afternoon right before Surgery the Dr's office was on the phone to speak to him and ask why they didn't have the prescription for Surgery since they called it in prior and it should have been available day of ... This employee refused to help ne walked away from the window after walking in circles pretending I didn't exist, he made a remark about he doesn't have time to talk to Dr's and left refused to help ne walking around doing absolutely nothing I was the only customer there was at least 5 employees back there it's really gross how they get away with such malicious mean behavior to their customers that depend on them to do their job and not intentionally make them suffer !!! Idk how they have jobs in customer relations, absolutely the nastiest most unprofessional pharmacy employees I've ever witnessed !! UPDATE ON MY SITUATION Thank you Christine from corprate you are amazing and went above and beyond delivering my medication in person as I have been unable to walk or drive myself. Thank you so much for all the kindness and time you took going out of your way to mitigate the situation. You are amazing and I appreciate your kindness and consideration !!! I was in the line for Pharmacy there was one vehicle ahead of me. The client in front of me took until 8:05 PM. When I get to the window the employee put the cardboard in the window and did not service me. Very Rude thing to do.

CVS phone software for refilling prescriptions are complex and developed to fill your cabinet with medications whether needed or not. Do not trust what they are doing for you. Closely manage what they are doing. I wish a walgreens was closer to my home.

Trey at corpus Christi Padre Island store needs a discussion about his attitude. Very rude

My review is about a CVS brand heating pad. When I bought the heating pad I was asking a worker about if it quit working would I be able to bring it back and she told me that if I had any issues with it that there is a 60 day return but that I would still be able to bring it back if longer than that, that I would be able to get a store credit or exchange. Well the heating pad quit working about a week past the 60 days and when I tried to get credit or exchange I was told that I couldn't do that. Also called the customer service line asking them and they said the samething . Now I am out of the money and have no heating pad. The only reason I was willing to try CVS product was because I was told that it wouldn't be a problem to bring to back if there was an issue, even over 60 days. Heating pads are not cheap and they should last longer than that and if not the store should work with their customers to make things right.

I was recently denied the ability to fill my prescribed medications due to my insurance not being accepted. While I understand that insurance limitations may impact billing, I explicitly offered to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. Despite this, the pharmacist declined to dispense the medications. This is deeply concerning for several reasons: • These medications are medically necessary and prescribed by my provider. • I was willing to assume full financial responsibility. • This location is the only pharmacy in my community that reliably stocks these medications. Refusing to dispense a valid prescription—even when a patient is willing to pay out of pocket—creates a significant barrier to care and raises concerns about patient safety, access, and continuity of care. Access to prescribed medication should not be restricted in this manner.
