Had to go to ER and CVS is one of the few somehow contracted to prescribe VA meds under this situation. Had used CVS before and I would rather wait until the next day, in pain, before going to local pharmacy and pay out of pocket. Staff will ignore you completely. If they do recognize your presence your usually dealing with someone too ignorant or too pissed off to help you. Will never use them. Hopefully some congressman somewhere will stop the CVS monopoly on VA meds.

I needed a knee brace and the CVS on 84th & Center in Omaha NE was the only place that had one I wanted. Tried to make an apptmt for Covid booster online while picking up brace. CVS online kept rejecting my attempts to make apptmt. Went out there to get brace and tried to get shot as walk-in. Pharmacy was rude and "Next time, blah, blah, blah." THE STORE WAS EMPTY except for me and the CVS employees. I left without shot. Never again will I shop or buy from CVS. There won't be a "next time."

My doctor called in a prescription for ivermectin and an automated message said that it had been filled. When I went to pick it up the pharmacist grilled me on what I was going to use it for. Ask me for proof of vaccination. Finally denied the prescription. Upsetting and humiliating treatment. I'll do everything I can to avoid shopping it CVS for anything. I'll be spreading the word, too. Funny how they had no problem handing out opioid prescriptions like M&M candy.

Pesimo sistema entre los CVS, si tienen una orden en uno de los CVS y esta procesada pero no tienen tu producto en inventario y entonces ellos mismos te dicen vaya señor a esta otra farmacia que si lo tienen, llegas a la segunda farmacia y si a la farmaceutica anterior se le olvido cambiarle el status a tu orden, no hay manera desde el sistema cambiarle el status a la orden y si los telefonos no funcionan como me paso 11/13/2021 te vas a sentir que estas en el año 1990… ufff please contraten programadores un poco mas serio para que mejoren este sistema de palo que tienen.

All government officials want you to get a COVID this pretty rainbow pony and be tested but this is impossible due to the fact that CVS is incompetent when you try to call for the test or shot ,so I guess I'm not getting tested nor a shot .so don't complain when people don't get shots because cvs makes it impossible to.

The worst Pharmacy!!! I should say the worst company you shouldn't deal with!!! The application does not have a link to delete the account and it's horrible!!! I scheduled a covid-19 vaccine at 5:00 in the morning, for 5 afternoon and at 2:30 afternoon, they cancelled my appointment without any reason!!!

CVS is actively hiding my prescriptions from me on their website and fraudulently claiming they do not have the prescriptions on file. Prescriptions will be in limbo for weeks as "in process" with zero communication from the store. CVS is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

worst pharmacy they keep you waiting on the phone they never find the prescription they make you go back and forth several times and always tell you the doctor did not send the prescription than when I call my doctor she tells me I send it two times I go back to the pharmacy and they tell me the same thing one time they told me my insurance was expired I call my insurance and the lady told me your insurance is not expired the insurance lady had to call CVS and this the one on Knickerbocker in Brooklyn they need professionals, not trainees then I switch to the one in forest hill queens the same thing happens the worst
