CVS currently employ a racist by the name of Megan Miles who enjoys posting racist memes and comments on social media while working for CVS in a customer facing role in Maryland, if these are the values CVS aligns with then I'm horrified and feel that no one should be using their services.

I have been waiting in line for 22 min with three in front of me. This is NOT unusual. This has been every time for the last few months. "Covid" is their default excuse. Time to switch. CVS has no respect for their customers or the single person on staff. SHAMEFUL. Reality is that they just don't care. Time to switch. I suggest you do to!

People working at the pharmacy department, not in general CVS store area and non-pharmacy counter, are extremely rude. I have been going to the Oakton location for the last twenty years and have had many unpleasant experiences with the pharmacy workers. Today again, a lady, working behind pharmacy counter, was very rude to my wife since my wife asked a few questions. I had started going to Walgreens recently but went to CVS today because it is closer to my house. But I will definitely not go to CVS any longer.

pharmacist are awful. Its called customer service which they dont understand. What a shame!

My son received the first dose of the Covid -19 vaccine at 624 MASSACHUSETTS AVE. CAMBRIDGE, MA. I noticed that the person who was fixing the vaccines wasn't using medical vinyl gloves made me thing is is very unsanitary. So I requested to the employee to fix another vaccine in front of me to make sure he also had a new and clean syringe. This person replied to me, "don't you trust me" This is NOT about trust, its about hygiene. I am assuming that that is why they canceled our next appointment. What a lack of ethics from your employee. DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!

The CVS in Rockland Ma has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet!!! Rude, disorganized and dysfunctional!! Thats the good!!

I wish I could give a lower rating. My insurance required me to use CVS Specialty for a prescription I need to have filled every month. They are the absolute worst. I have to spend hours and hours on the phone with them every month and even then they screw it up every time. My only hope is to ask my insurance for an exception and get it to a pharmacy who knows what they are doing!!!
