The worse customer service ever. My account for some reason got merge with another account, now that I call to cancel my account they said I can’t because the account that supposed to have my name on it doesn’t have it anymore. They told me I had to call the person that my account got merge with to cancel the account that’s being charge to my debit card. These agent are rude and they hang up the phone on u, now I’m not going to say everyone is the same but when I do speak with cvs agents I get the craziest run around.

The customer service skills for associates in some of these stores need great improvement and consistency. For instance, when I visit the location on Bremner and Staples Mill Rd in Richmond, VA as I do regularly, I don't get acknowledged on a few occasions. Staff is conversational with some guests but not all. At times, the pharmacists ignore you and seem to have an attitude, when you walk up to the pharmacy counter. On the bright side, pharmacy technicians are polite and professional! I wish that would rub off on others. Please work on it because customers don't need to know that you're having a bad day.

Poor Customer Service - I scheduled a COVID booster 2 weeks ago, arranged to take off work to get it, and CVS canceled three hours beforehand!!! So disappointed and will think twice about shopping there again.

On 11/26/21 I was suppose to go to the CVS in North Port to pick up Insulin. When I got there they said said they were out until Monday. I asked them to find another store because I was too low. They researched and found another store. I drove there only to find they only had a 30 day supply. I called back my original store to say please save me the other 60 days when it came in on Monday. I went down today to pick up. When I got home I found it was another insulin that I didn't need at the time and I called them and they said to comeback and return it and get the correct one. I went back and returned the wrong one and was waiting for the correct one when I was told my insurance was refusing it because I already picked up a 30 day supply. While I was discussing it with 2 people working there, that were very nice, a third person chimed in to our conversation rudely and said "go call and battle it out with your insurance company." I left the store immediately and came home and called my insurance company who told me the problem was with the pharmacy because they gave me a 30 day supply. The woman who chimed in was obviously in a very bad mood because I heard her yelling about something else when I was in the store earlier. This is not a way to treat your longtime customers. I am very frustrated because I am packing and moving and didn't have time for that or this. Thank you

I went to the Runnemede NJ store to buy an antacid and was left standing in the aisle for 25 minutes waiting for someone to unlock the shelf. This has become a reoccurring problem at this store. When I requested assistance from the technician in the pharmacy, I was told that they aren't allowed to have the key that unlocks the medication that they recommend and sell. After pushing the service button 4 times and having the pharmacy page someone, no one showed up. When I got tired of waiting and walked past the cashier on my way out the door, she informed me that she couldn't help me because she was the only one there, and wasn't nice about it. I left and drove to another pharmacy which was very accommodating and was right there to help. It is unfortunate that they view everyone that walks into their store as a thief which requires them to lock up their OTC meds. It seems the only thing this company cares about is saving a dollar at the expense of losing long-time customers. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions and will no longer be denied the medications that I need. They think that only their time is valuable, so they will no longer be wasting any more of mine. Good Riddence!!

Walked in for a covid test kit yesterday and booked a minute clinic appointment for this afternoon while I was there. Home test came back positive. Sick as a dog today. Want to cancel but the automated customer service tells me to cancel online with confirmation code. I don't have a confirmation code because I signed up at the kiosk. Called three times for 5 minutes each call and got hung up on three times. This company is the worst. When you map decision trees for automated service all possibilities must be accounted for. So the only way to cancel is to drag my covid positive sickness into the CVS and do it in person, possibly exposing all I come in contact with. What a joke.

My wife was approached by a dirty bum this afternoon at the Coconut Creek store. He wanted money. Luckily, she talked him down before he robbed her. After considerable time past, the store staff arrived to escort him out of the store. She was told that this man has been in the store many times. This is unbelievable. The store staff should be ready to respond immediately when he enters the store.

So I have been really sick the last two weeks. I went to CVS in Washington Court House Ohio and pulled into the pharmacy drive through. I wanted a covid test. the girl at the window jumped clear back and told me they don't have the tests in the phcy ( even thought signs all around the building say covid testing site) she had me go in to the front of the store and ask the person at the register( I was alarmed that they would want me to come inside and spread the covid germs). So I went in and asked they told me they were out of the tests. On top of feeling awful, I now have to go someplace else and see if I can get a covid test. I ended up at walgreens phcy drive through, they were happy to sell me an at home covid test, and I couldn't wait to get home as I had never felt this bad before. Luckly the test was negative. I went to urgent care the next business day and then took my prescriptions to CVS to be filled, I should have known better. I dropped them off to be told to come back in 30 min. As I am pulling back into CVS 30 min later to pick up my prescriptions I get a call telling me they don't have my RX in stock. I can't believe it took them 30 minutes to figure that out. So I go in to pick my prescriptions back up to take elsewhere to be filled. I am now getting phone calls consistently from CVS telling me my prescriptions are ready for pick up. They don't even have my prescriptions, I had to take them to Kroger to get them filled, only took 20 min and the staff was professional and friendly. So I call to ask them to remove me from their system only to made feel like Im in the wrong for being upset about the terrible service that is offered by my hometown CVS. This is NOT the first time with issues such as these but this is the first time I have decided I will be posting about all of my crappy visits to CVS all over the internet and social media. I have never been this sick, can't sleep and never fails when I finally fall asleep its CVS waking me up to tell me I have prescriptions ready for pick up when they don't even have my prescriptions in their store. I will not go back to CVS for any needs of any kind and I will tell everyone I know not to use CVS Phcy in Washington Court House Ohio.
