I usually shop at the CVS at 17401 E 24 hwy in Independence, MO but they banned me from buying alcohol stating I had altercations with several customers which is not true, if just making comments is a altercation, then their idea of a altercation is totally wrong, they have lost alot of customers because they have banned alot of people for poor reasons, but.....they have have let those banned people back and let them purchase what they were banned for, I have seen this, they have one really bad mgmt person, she is very short with dark hair and reprimanded me infront of customers which is very unprofessional and should be fired for this, I have spoken to them about my behavior and have agreed to behave when i come in their store but they will not lift their ban even though they made alot of money off me, doesn't make sense, they are rude to customers and get away with it, but not for long. They cannot completely ban me from their store since my banking ATM is located in their store, i've already spoken with a attorney about that. But, people are about to get fired because of their decision about me, they misunderstand people with mental health issues, we are always punished and never understood, but it's going to change and so is this store. I believe the store manager would be more kind if the decision was on her own, but the other managers influence her into making this decision about me, so, let's see what happens now. I have gotten alot of people not to shop their because of their treatment to me and others and more have now agreed to stop shopping at this CVS, that's what happens when people don't be human and give others a 2nd chance and understand mental illness and just be understandable and try to put power in their own hands, that's when trouble starts.

Received an email for 40% off one non-sale item. Loaded the 40% off coupon to my card. At the store at Pinnacle Peak and Pima Road (85255) was cheated out of 80 cents of the 40% off coupon on my non'sale purchase. Cashier stated CVS was having a computer programming issue and there was nothing he could do to correct the mistake. Bait and switch! The only reason I went to CVS today was the 40% off coupon. Last time I'm ever shopping at CVS.

I dropped off a prescription at 2 pm and didn’t hear anything so I called at 6:30 pm to see if there was a problem in case I had to notify my doctor. I’m still waiting for someone to answer at 7pm… the covid prompts repeat every 5 seconds… I’m sure they are busy but seriously, someone could answer the phone… it must really suck to work there.

Store 1831, 7809 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD. Don't go there unless you enjoy waiting, coming back, and being treated like cattle. After being told my prescription was ready for the second time, I came to pick it up AGAIN two days later. After waiting in line I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes I could have a seat. I told him I wanted it done sooner and explained the history. He said he had to help the long line of people behind me first. Ok - I get it - but he proceeded to be rude to me and talk back to me, so I asked to speak with a manager. When I spoke with the manager I understood the problem, the manager was just as rude. I asked him for his name, which he didn't want to give, and when I asked him for a card he handed me a blank card. Obviously I wanted to know who I was speaking with and if he was a manager (which I doubted). Well, he finally wrote it down for me and proceeded to treat me very rudely. His name is RANDY DOUD. Just plain rude unprofessional. This sort of thing has happened at this location before. It is across the street from my office, so sad that I will have to drive to a competitor. As an aside, I tried twice to send the above review to CVS, but big surprise, after filling out their entire form and clicking submit, it tells me "folder not found, try later" etc. Another big surprise, they simply don't care.

#6304 Quince and Kirby in Memphis, TN. This store is scary at night. All of the outside lights are burned out. There is litter all over the parking lot always. It looks like a crime scene waiting to happen. They might as well not even have a cooler because it is NEVER stocked and almost completely empty. Finally, my prescription was called in at 1:00 one afternoon and it still wasn't ready at 7:30 that night. They spent a lot of money "updating" the store and it still looks like and runs like garbage. It is unfortunately an eye sore.

I purchased a pair of reading glasses a couple weeks ago that fell apart when I took them off yesterday. While I had my receipt, unfortunately, I didn't keep the plastic piece that has the barcode (this piece needs to be cut off in order to wear the glasses), I didn't plan on having to return the glasses. When I went to the store today, 1736 W 9th Street, Oshkosh, WI to exchange or return the glasses, I was told they could not take them back without the barcode. I tried to find a pair on the rack, but they were out of stock (probably removed the defective model from the rack). The lady behind the counter told me she couldn't do anything because I did not have the packaging with the barcode. I asked why I would keep the plastic piece with the barcode, I didn't know they were going to fall apart. She called the manager, Josh, to talk to me. He was of no help, didn't even take the time to try to understand where I was coming from about saving the plastic piece. I raised my voice and told him that it is crazy to have to save every piece of packaging for everything a person buys, he told me there is nothing he can do without the plastic piece and that the third-party vendor wouldn't take them back without it. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy. I have enjoyed working with the Pharmacists at the store, and they do have a couple of exceptional technicians working there as well (Kristine, do not remember the others name), I will miss working with them. Store manager, Josh, didn't seem to care he lost a customer for CVS. Edited to add that I was not given the option of exchanging the glasses, which would have been acceptable.
