A digital thermometer was purchased at CVS Worthington, OH, on 12/12/21 and the cashier said that a receipt for the purchase would be emailed. It was NOT emailed. We returned to the store on 12/17 to notify them of the absence of an emailed receipt and when they could not produce the receipt, we asked to return the thermometer as the accuracy of the readings varied widely. We were told to re-check our email, which we did and returned to the store with a printed detail of the transaction from our credit card online account. We were then told that they could not refund any monies after 6 days. We were never told this when we returned within 5 days. This is not an acceptable business practice and we will NEVER do business with CVS again. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible customer support. I called the CVS pharmacy 6300 Wedgewood Lane, Maple Grove, MN, they said "100%" the covid home test kit is in stock and available to purchase at that location. Drove over there....NOPE! None.

Should not take 3 days and 8 hours to fill a prescription. Nor should you have to wait 30 min plus for a person to answer. And if you want to complain to 1-800 shop cvs another 20 minutes on hold. It's almost like they don't want you as a customer. University store.

I went to CVS off St. Andrews in Boca Raton Florida to get my booster shot. I went into the window that says walk ins where I also took my kids to get vaccinated as walk ins. First they told me they do not do walk ins and the pharmacist refused to talk to me. There is a reason why I quit using this pharmacy. Unbelievable, you cannot get a booster as instructed to do so by the CDC because they can’t be bothered. CVS is the worst company and people working there are unfortunate

I ordered wall tiles from the photo department using my own copyright photographs. Not only did you cut off half of my name, but the frames you used were of the poorest quality I have ever seen. This was to be used as gift and I was too embarrassed to have my name associated with such poor quality work. I WILL NEVER USED THE CVS PHOTOGRAPH DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!

CVS Fountain Hills AZ is the worst CVS that I have had business with. I am not thrilled with my CVS in NJ, but the Fountain Hills pharmacy on E Palisades is the worst I have ever experienced. Besides them not having the vaccine in stock that I had made an appointment for, they also would not honor the Good Rx coupon I had. I returned a second time after being told that the vaccine would be ordered and stocked, to again find that they were negligent without having it. The manager/pharmacist said he would honor the Good Rx coupon, to 5 minutes later say that it wouldn't go through the system, and he would not honor it! If most businesses were run this way, foreclosure would be inevitable! No responsibility taken, even from the manager, and obviously no concern for its patrons. Try elsewhere, because I believe that ANYWHERE will be better!

If I knew how, I would give them a “zero” star. Unless you HAVE to, due to insurance requirements or such (as I am), do NOT use this pharmacy. I am on a medication with monthly refills, and when I say each month is a fight to get my medicine filled, I am not exaggerating. This is not a medicine I have a choice in taking, nor do I WANT to be taking, so the stress and drama of dealing with CVS pharmacies merely adds to the struggle. Trust me - STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I called cvs needing my inhaler which is fast acting need it to breath she refused to give me her name I asked multiple times she hung up multiple times so my complaint is with the entire pharmacy staff. This was totally un called for this lady was so disrespectful rude and sassy no character no patience even called me back and hung up again childish and I’m fuming how upset I am with this lady she refused to give her Name coward that she is.
