Kevin, the pharmacist from the 87th & Pflumm CVS, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me my prescription ointment when he learned that I had waited on it from another location all day just to learn 30 minutes before closing time that they wouldn’t have it for a couple more days. I greatly appreciate your kindness and efforts. Thanks to you, I didn’t have to remain uncomfortable any longer.

Had to give a shout out to CVS Gateway North in Marble Falls, Tx for their pharmacy’s consistently friendly, upbeat, professional and cheerful customer service! I’ve dealt with CVS pharmacy staff in Seminole and Tampa, FL; Manhattan, NY, and Houston, TX and while I can’t complain about any of them, I also can’t rave about them like I need to about CVS Marble Falls! One of the pharmacists at this location, Debra, is just a joy to speak with, always cheerful and friendly, not matter the time of day, calls in the queue, cars in the drive-through or customers at the counter … and typically, like most any CVS pharmacy, there are lots of customers waiting and I usually wonder how these folks manage to field so many calls, orders and customers! In Debra’s case I can’t help but wonder how she maintains such a cheerful disposition and helpful countenance, for it is not the “norm” … other store staff do show the stress of it all! At the risk of contributing to increased use, I highly recommend CVS Gateway North in Marble Falls for their tremendous staff, and Debra in particular! Kudos CVS #10691 and you’re very appreciated, Debra!

My CVS at 4800 N. Damen, in Chicago is the best. All the Pharmacy staff are friendly and very helpful. They show concern and answer questions. During the busy immunization season they always made you feel welcome, never rushed. It seems to be a culture throughput the store but especially noticeable in the Pharmacy. I had a choice to change to Walgreens with my new insurance. I’m staying with my CVS family. Couldn’t ask for more. Too many staff to name Give them all a raise. A grateful customer.

Everything I have a prescription filled it's always done earlier than expected. Staff is always polite and courteous. It's usually not so busy so I'm in and out quickly. Can't say enough good things about the CVS on Davie Road in Davie. Keep on rocking! Every CVS should use this one as an Example of how to run a store

Niesha, at the 39th street location in KCMO, was totally awesome. She helped me first over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my prescription she paid attention to detail and remembered me. I love when I experience people that are passionate about their work. Thank you so much!

A young lady named Kaya helped me. I had just had a serious surgery and perhaps should have not been out yet. She saw that I was struggling and helped me to check out. She carried my bags to my car. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her so much. This was the Marsh Rd in Dallas location.

The staff at CVS at 686 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33486 is the most outstanding in Boca Raton. Susan and Jeanette and everyone else that works there is phenomenal. The one complaint is that you really need to stock more medications because it’s unsafe to go without them. Susan and Jeanette go above and beyond to help. I’ve had issues not being able to refill meds because you didn’t have them in stock. A very dangerous practice. They are miracle workers to me. Please pass this on to corporate. They have to know what types of employees they have. Thank you!!!

Christine at the League City store was so helpful! I have been coming to this store for many years!! Love love it!
