Waited in line 20 minutes at my local CVS (Zanesville Ohio Maysville Pike) to pickup a prescription that I got a text was ready only to find out the pharmacy was closed due to no pharmacist. This has become a regular thing at this store. A sign at the drive through would be a great idea so you don't waste your time sitting there. About time for me to find a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

in november 2021 i was visiting Jacksonville Florida. because I needed medication I was at CVS Blanding Blvd corner 103rd Street to the medication I bought a small massager, so far the purchase was in order. When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to use the device and found that it was defective. I wanted to return the device the next day or exchange it because there was no replacement device available. I wanted my money back, which I was denied. Only with a US ID card could I get the money I was entitled to I was told to get it back. Since I don't have a US ID card, I couldn't get my money back despite the store manager questioning. Very nice unhelpful staff never again CVS

I live in Florida most of the year but spend a couple of months in RI/SE MA too. So, as I do all the time in FL I got a 40% off one item coupon sent to my CVS ExtraCare card. I picked up some Pronamel toothpaste (Buy One, Get One 50% off) and a 12 pack of CVS disposable razors. I go to the counter and it doesn't get approved!! WHY?!?! I ask the young kid behind the counter what the problem is and he is clueless. So I overpay for the 3 items and go home. I go online and send a message to CVS Corporate (I think) and get an email response from a guy named Michael Souza. He is supposedly fairly high up on the CVS corporate totem pole. He gives me a (508) area code phone number to call him. I am surprised as the automated answering system tells me "Thank you for calling CVS in Foxboro." I try getting to Michael Souza to no avail. I then spend about 20 minutes trying to fit my complaint onto their 1,000 character comment/complaint page. After completing so that it fits... "that system is inoperable at present" or nonsense to that effect. I was raised in East Providence, RI which might be 20 miles from CVS Corporate HQ's in Woonsocket. I guess when I get pissed off enough I'll grab a dozen disabled, spinal cord injured veterans like myself (most in their wheelchairs) and we will go picket CVS HQ's. So, they can take their "40% off coupons and put them where the SUN DON'T SHINE!" Stick a fork in me... I AM DONE WITH CVS! Walgreen's will get all my business. When I return to FL I'll go into the stores I frequent there and tell the managers why I will no longer be doing business with them. Maybe CVS Corporate will listen to them! In a word I call CVS... "USELESS!" UPDATE- I was contacted by a very conscientious, customer service oriented lady from CVS. She oversees stores in Southern New England, SE MA primarily. She investigated my complaint regarding the "lack of customer service" at the above referenced CVS store. At the end of the day she agreed that I did indeed experience a problem at that Swansea CVS store. She assured me it was an isolated incident and provided me with a gift card for my troubles. That, along with the obvious efforts she made on my behalf and to ensure no other customer has a similar experience makes me want to change the rating to 2.5 stars. I will update again the next time I visit that CVS location and see what is happening there.

CVS pharmacy in Midland on Briarwood is one of the worst pharmacies we've ever been too. Routinely, we get notices that our prescriptions are ready and when we show up, it often takes 30 minutes or more because they have to fill it. Even worse, we've been told once we get there that there's no prescription on record when there really was. It's wasted multiple days and we didn't get some specific medication timely, nor could we pick it up from another pharmacy because CVS is telling our insurance that they've filled it. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure it's fraudulent to tell our insurance that the prescription has been filled when it really hasn't. We're done with CVS on Briarwood in Midland forever and hope this review deters others from using them.

Waited 30 minutes at the minute clinic in Paramus for a antibody test at 10 for the worker who seemed she just woke up to tel me they ran out of the test when they just opened at 9. What a joke no wonder why people don’t get vaccinated or tested this country can’t do anything right

I was suppose to give myself a shot of Prolia for my osteoporosis all approved by my MD. CVS specialty pharmacy has had every excuse in the book to deny delivery of this timely medication. Each of the 3 previous calls I have made to them they have assured me they have every thing they need. And my drug has been verified as approved by my Dr and now this evening I got yet another email message found late Friday evening, after hours of course when of course they are closed for the weekend, to call the pharmacy asap! They never call me even though they have my telephone #, it is always by email that I don’t have time to check until late in the day. Their telephone # is 800-238-7828! Very, very poor service!

Do not buy the cvs adult diaper with tabs. Tabs are missing and deformed poor quality and wasting your money for garbage.

I would give CVS at 10770 Fort St, Omaha, NE zero stars if possible. NO ONE answers the pharmacy phone. If you leave a message, no one calls back. When I go in person, I can hear "pharmacy 5 calls" from their answering machine. One pharmacist, NO techs. We have switched to a new pharmacy, but received NO help from CVS in implementing the transfer as they should have done. The new pharmacy had to call each provider for the scrips. I was called by the new pharmacy 1-10-22 when they attempted to fill an RX. It was not letting them fill it because CVS was trying to do it. So I made a trip to CVS, stood in line AGAIN, and asked the pharmacist to get out of the computer screen they were in so the new pharmacy could complete the RX. I told CVS AGAIN that we were transferring and received a curt "OK"; I had told them this several days earlier. However, today (1-14-22) I got an email that a different RX was ready to refill. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET CVS TO GO AWAY?? If they had done the right thing and transferred all of the RX in the proper manner, none of this would have happened.
