3/11/2022 went through drive Thur. I saw a pharmacist filling a script, she dropped 2 pills on the floor, she bent over grabs the pills 1 she put on the shelf and the other pill she put in a script bottle put the top on placed it in a bag stapled it and placed it in a basket. I questioned she and she called me a lier . I saw this happen. Then she hung up the phone and started talking with other employees in the pharmacy. They all looked at me. watch out for this pharmacy your medicine pills are not clean !!!!!!! No name tags and they won’t tell you their name!!!!!

The CVS 5220 W Rawson Ave in Franklin, WI. They repeatedly short my prescriptions by 1 pill many times. One time I called them out on it, they said they would have it waiting for me inside the store. You must come in they said. They DID NOT have it waiting, like they said they would, and gave me the third degree about it. I’m missing 1 pill each from 2 prescriptions I just picked up again. I won’t call to tell them about because it is Not worth the hassle or headache. I’ll just switch my pharmacy to a different one. These people cannot be trusted! I recommend counting your pills each time you pick them up & see for yourself!

Awful customer service.Phone system was down all day and they couldn't transfer a prescription my wife needed.Even another store in the area didnt want to take the time and try and help.Awful.You just a number to them.

Had To to get a medication through CVS Specialty pharmacy, huge mistake they made me send back 2/3 of the medication because of their mistake on the prescription, now not sure I'll be able to get a refill in 30 days, wish I could give them 0 rating.

CVS in Longwood (434 and Ronald Reagan), FL is one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever used. I continued to use them out of convenience of location since it’s the closest pharmacy to my house but will definitely be switching to a non CVS pharmacy. I’ve had many issues with them in the past (team members with an attitude, lack of communication or being told different information from different team members resulting in a delay receiving my meds). Today’s issue was calling to see if my remaining medications were ready. Earlier in the day only 2 were available and I was told the remaining would be ready after 3pm. I received a text that 1 was ready so I called before driving there to see if the 4th was also ready. I called and was told my insurance wasn’t covering this refill at CVS and I would have to use a preferred pharmacy by my insurance. That’s really not the issue. The problem was nobody communicating this to me and I’m find out at 6pm on a Friday when it’s too late to contact my doctors office to send it to the other pharmacy, which is also closed during the weekend. I would have to wait until Monday and I recently had a major surgery. I asked why I wasn’t notified of this so arrangements could be made sooner. The team member said a text should’ve been sent to me. I checked my phone while on the phone with him and confirmed that no text was sent. Now, in order for him to fill my prescription for me to receive it tonight, I have to pay out of pocket with a coupon code. If I had been notified that my script couldn’t be covered today, I could’ve called my surgeons office and had a script sent to the other pharmacy and received it for free. Instead, they just said oh well, and didn’t bother telling the patient/ customer. I am so angry and yet not surprised because this seems to be the norm for this pharmacy. Absolutely horrible.

CVS at 1640 US Highway 27 is the worst CVS location. Their vaccine schedule system does not work and the lady in charge of administering the vaccine is very rude and unfriendly. Do not go to this location. Worst CVS location.

Well, it comes as no surprise that this pharmacy has a 1-star review even before I post this review. The pharmacy in Mckinney, TX on Eldorado is terrible and has placed My MIL who is in fragile health in a dire situation by sending her prescriptions to the wrong address. I have made multiple calls and visits to this location to make sure all was correct, and they still got it wrong. The pharmacy manager is terrible with customer service and service recovery. The 1-800-shopCVS phone number just re-directs me back to that terrible manager How's that for service. The manager keeps trying to blame it on me yet I can clearly see that the address I have on file for delivery is correct. The manager expects me to wait until UPS can find the critical medications but by then she will be dead or in the hospital! I will be filing a complaint with the TDH against that pharmacy manages license and the store license. I will also be filing a complaint with CMS. I will then file a BBB Complaint.

The computerized answering service is annoying, and the message is offensive!
