If you use CVS for your pharmacy you may want to think twice. I've had a script there my Dr. called in three months in advance and when I went to go pick it up I was told I couldn't get it because they had reached their max on that particular medication for the month. They will not let me go to a different location to get it either. They said it's against FDA regulations. So basically they are telling me I have to suffer because they don't know how to plan ahead for their loyal customers. This will be my last time I will ever use a CVS pharmacy again.

I dealt with a lady named Tora and she was super rude. She didn’t give me a receipt and she cussed because I went in to get my prescription. It’s not the first time it’s happened but never again will I deal with her. Super disrespectful!

I have been getting my prescriptions from the same cvs for more than 20 years. Every time I do I have to answer the same questions. I get this. What I don't get is none of the employees smile, recognize me, on a regular basis. Also, when I want to purchase something else, they want me to ring myself out. I am retired and have already paid my dues in the work force. If they said to me hey, if you do, you will save 20 percent I might consider it. Now today I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy was closed from 130 to 200. In the immortal words of George Constansa, George is getting angry. Are you trying to tell me cvs cannot send people to lunch at times to enable their customs to have a little customer service. NOT HAPPY

I recently tried to use a GoodRX coupon at a local CVS (something CVS is supposedly contractually obligated to accept) and was rudely told by pharmacy counter person they dont accept discount coupons per corporate policy. I then went next door a Publix who did honored their GoodRX coupon. And what was Gretta's from CVS Customer Relations response 3 days after my email complaint? Well, not a direct answer to my question (which would have taken all of 3 minutes), but instead a boiler plate email saying "go look up our coupon policy". Of course that was followed by "we appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you soon". Yeah.. I can tell how much you appreciate my business by your response and my experience at your pharmacy. Why, CVS why should I ever go there again??

CVS is the slowest pharmacy, it does not matter what time of day or day of week, at the counter or in the drive up you wait an excessive amount of time.

Terrible on line and perscription service. Constantly sending erroneous messages and order drugs prior to being rquested. Access to on line account has been removed and all attempts to reset it on line and on the phone are unsucessful. Old account information though updated keeps reverting back to previous address. It is a full time job trying to deal with them on the phone or in the stores. After using them for over 10 years I moved all my perscriptions elsewhere ($32,000/year ). They keep adding new sevrices , but can't seem to get the basic service to work properly first. Sell youjr stock, post Covid they will likley have to close even more stores.

My daughter has severe UC. Stellara is her third treatment protocol as the two prior drugs were ineffective. The first dose of Stellara is administered via infusion and was approved by CVS. Subsequent doses are given by injection. The day before my daughter was scheduled for her injection, CVS called to deny her medication, which seems to be their MO--waiting to the last minute to deny medication. Our doctor has appealed the denial but it is taking days to get through CVS's paperwork and online filings. Any attempts to use logic with the CVS reps fails--i.e. why was the first dose of the drug approved but the subsequent doses of the same drug denied when it was clear that this was a multi-dose regimen? Why did they wait until the day before the dose to deny the claim? What difference does it make if the first dose is an infusion and the subsequent ones are by injection? It seems that their sole purpose is to deny claims and try to frustrate insureds to the point that they will give up. They totally ignore the patient's need for the meds. Last-minute denials, transferring calls, appeals, nonsense rules, whatever they can do to make the process unbearably difficult.

cvs pharmacy in Naples FL @ 951 & Immokalee. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. There's ALWAYS a 4-5 minute wait before anyone pays attention at the drive through. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. They NEVER answer. Not once did I manage to talk to a human even after being on hold for 20 minutes. I switched to them from Publix after many years because of too many mistakes. I lasted at cvs for just three weeks. Never again with these people. I transferred to someone else.
