After receiving multiple text during the week notifying me that I had two scripts ready for pickup my wife stopped by to pickup the prescriptions. She was given one script instead of the two. After calling and being told the script was ready my wife went back just to be told it wouldn't be ready until after their lunch break! Lunch break in a Pharmacy! Ludicrous. Abysmal service at best!

Visited CVS Pharmacy on two separate occasions at 7575 Osceola Polk Line Rd in Kissimmee, Florida. Staff member rude and argumentative maybe having a bad day. I gave pharmacist feedback about the bad customer service and she assured me she would speak with her employee. On my second visit same employee short and refused to be helpful. I guess the talk went in one ear and out the other. Now I fill my prescriptions elsewhere. Very sad, the other employees are nice, hopefully this bad apple won't ruin the bunch.

I had a Covid test at the CVS on Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Blvd in Boynton Beach Florida. They advertise results available in 24-48 hrs. This is false and deceptive. It’s been over 48 hours and no test results.

They close without contacting anyone or updating their web site. Had a covid shot scheduled and no phamacest shoued up for the day. The Rxs are always late - you have to beg them to fill the Rx on time.

The CVS on liberty Ave and 96 Street I went in there to get children's toothpaste I got told by a guy that works there that there in the buckets but he don't work that side so I found someone else she told me there in the buckets we don't which one it don't say but didn't bother to look for me than I ask to speak to the manager and she comes out I tell her she tells me that's all I have and points to training toothpaste I told her they said their in these buckets she said this is all I have noone helped me get my son's toothpaste, their very unprofessional there that's not how you treat your customers they should of had someone look for it for me. I'm very unhappy with that store . I will never shop there anymore .

I had one prescription sent to CVS when I had Covid because they had drive-thru. Ever since, I have been deluged with robo-calls from their pharmacy. I can't believe anyone thinks this is a good idea! STOP THIS!!!

We booked a Covid PCR test required for an endoscopy and after driving an hour in rush hour traffic we were told test is only done for air travel. This fact is not stated in online scheduling. What a waste of our time.

Whatever you do don't make an appointment to get your covid shot at CVS they will tell you that their computer doesn't have your appointment and if their computer doesn't have your appointment I'll call you a liar even though you show them your phone with text messages saying you have an appointment and your email which says you have an appointment in the f****** people behind the pharmacy counter are nasty I've been trying for 3 Days to get a shot and have failed miserably because of this stinking CVS pharmacies piece of crap public f****** customer assistance and you can't even get through to anybody to hang up on you they are the scum of the world I hate them like I told them last customer whatever it was to go to hell CVS
