I was store 6216 and the manager Beverly was awesome! I’m a frequent customer I think she’s new. That store definitely needed a pleasant manager

I have visited many cvs stores but I had never come across such a helpful employee like (Paul store#564) in Miami.. This gentleman is by far an asset to cvs stores.. his customer skills and patience are amazing… I would highly recommend him for management position since his overall attitude, personality and commitment should not go unrecognized… we need more people like Paul in this world!

Robbie the Pharmacist not only calls you by name but also resolves issues brought to his attention

It is very rare to find a customer service rep at any place least of all at CVS, Walgreens, etc. Well, My encounter with Shimry, an employee at the CVS in Broward Blvd., Plantation, FL was like no other! He had a smile, he took the time to look up a product and was extremely helpful! If only all could be like Shimry, they would be so much better off. The 5 Star is for Shimry.

The staff at the Wickenburg CVS are always nice and they understand that I need my meds on time. Sometimes they are overwhelmed but it's understandable and I try to be patient with them. I take a controlled substance so it can be a little challenging getting it filled early in the day but they try to squeeze me in.

The lady at the CVS pharmacy drive-thru was nice and helpful. Shelbyville, Ind.

I’ve been doing business in this CVS for over 20 years I’ve been a Valued Customer. Never had I ever been belittled or made to look small defraying to another human, in front of various CVS customers loud, rude, n degrading Me! It happened, how mean n cruel intentionally!! Mr. Renac Perot verbally abused me in front of at least 4 customers

I have been going to CVS pharmacy in Walpole for a number of years now. And I have always had a pleasant experience, even though lately, it seems like they’re always short staffed. I did notice that they just hired a new pharmacy tech and experience dealing with her has been nothing but outstanding. She has such a pleasant personality and a wonderful bedside manner, and can relate to what I am going through. It is so nice to know that regardless what the situation may be and how overwhelmed she is, she has been a pleasant breath of fresh air Her name tag say Donna so thank you for everything you do.
