How does a pharmacy lose a prescription that you have been taking for several years customer service for CVS is the absolute worst called CVS customer service was told they were transferring me to CVS pharmaceutical ask for the number in case we disconnect they would not give it to me Forget about trying to speak with someone they never answer their phone and if they do attitude all the way there are certain prescriptions that you’re not supposed to just stop taking and that’s what’s going on right now

Dropped off prescription in the afternoon told it would be ready later - son went in at 4 am and vj said they had nothing and told him not to come back to the store!! Recording says it’s in process!! This is the second time this pharmacist did this! Last time the dr had called it in !! Dr had to call twice!!

If I could give this store a 0 I would, Dobson and chandler in Arizona, worst customer service I have ever seen!! I will never spend a dime in this store and I would suggest to anyone else; Don’t bother!!

CVS what a joke for upper management. I scheduled an appointment online to take a covid 19 test at 6401 Precinct Line Road in Hurst, Tx. I am a VA which they take, I took the test and then was told to wait for the nurse to give me my results. I waited about 5 minutes and she took me to the back and started asking me alot of question and took my blood pressure and it did not seem right. She ask me to wait and she printed out my bill and they charged me for a assessment charges $99.00 and another $120.00 for the covid test. The covid test I agreed to but not the assessment. The nurse stated that it was a requirement when taking the covid test by the VA. So I called the VA and they stated that was not ture. I disputed the charges and they has some manage call me and she was a joke how did she get that job. They only care about how much money they can get from you, since the gov'tment is not paying for the covid test anymore. The manage stated that it is there new policy now as of April that all covid test requires this assessment for $99.00. I can not trust what CVS tells me now because someone is lying but they are not going to admit to it. My family and I will never use CVS again for anything.

The CVS in Kissimmee (Poinciana) Florida is absolutely the worst Pharmacy in my lifetime. I recently moved and had all my prescriptions transferred over to this store. They notify me via phone that my RX is refilled. I go to pick it up and they don’t know where it is at. Called my old CVS and they don’t have it either. Just mysteriously lost I guess. Went to the ER with bronchitis this morning and the ER called my prescriptions in. Called CVS and they said they don’t have it. Called the ER back and they informed me that it was faxed over at 1:30 Am. And now CVS has me on hold for an hour so I just hung up and transferred my prescriptions over to Walgreens. Avoid this incompetent establishment. They are gonna get someone in a bad medical situation. I wouldn’t fill my animals prescriptions at this location.

I was in the CVS at target at target on 16 mile road. And I was waiting for about 5 or so minutes and nobody was around. Is there a woman I thought she was going to help me. Instead she closed down the pharmacy. I thought that was the rudest thing after I was waiting there. She saw me there and didn't say anything. Customer service has really gone down hill in the last few years.

I came down with a severe head cold and was told to go to CVS to get tested for covid. I am 79 had a heart attack just 6 months ago , and have had all three shots. I wasn't feeling well and when I went to my CVS on jones rd Houston Tx There was no customers at the pharmacy . I asked the lady in a white lab coat if I could be tested. Now there is no one there and I was told to make an appointment on line. I told her I wasn't feeling well and needed to be tested now. She refused and said make an appointment. I find this behavior appalling. They don't care about anything except making money. I will never shop another CVS store. J. Lang

Samantha A Longo at store #6466 in Swansea Ma has a real bad attitude . I think the girl should be fired . Real bad customer service . I will not go to her again .
