Not too happy that I traveled a distance to pick up a prescription and they closed the gate on me because they take a lunch break for half an hour I'm not going to stand there for a half an hour I don't know why they don't have someone on hand to fill in for the people that are taking lunch now I got to drive back home only to come back later that's a real pain in the ass

Worst pharmacy ever !!!!!
Worst pharmacy ever !!!!!! If you are looking for a pharmacy that offer no customer service this is your place. I wish I would have taken the time to check reviews before I had switched to CVS due to my new provider.
Look elsewhere, that's my advise people

I have had nothing but trouble with CVS…
I have had nothing but trouble with CVS pharmacy in Target at the SE Rochester, MN site. The people are so rude and very unhelpful. All I want to do is go back to Walmart where We were always treated kindly and with respect. Someone needs to train their employees how to treat their customers. after all without customers they will not have a job.

How to lose a 20-year loyal customer in under 10 minutes
I don't really leave reviews, but tonight the store manager of the CVS on Bristol (across from South Coast Plaza), Tom, displayed the most incompetent and immature customer service I have EVER seen.
I went to this CVS with my good friend who is set to have surgery on his shoulder in the coming months and misplaced his arm sling. While we were in line to pay for the sling, my friend accidentally knocked over a small candy stand. The store manager, Tom, walked over and we apologized. He said nothing and walked off. I then walked over to the electronics section to buy a phone charger which I forgot to grab and the same, wonderful Tom came over to unlock the cabinet. By this time my friend had paid for the sling and put it on (he was in excruciating pain) and when he walked up he said to Tom, "I just want to apologize again.." Tom cut him off and said, "Well, usually when people make a mess at a store they clean it up" and walked off. I honestly couldn't believe that the store manager would even talk to a customer like that, but to yell at a customer with a shoulder injury, and ask him to use his shoulder to pick up some candy that he spilled had me dumbfounded. I thought Tom didn't notice the sling so I asked, "Tom, are you really was asking a paying customer in an arm sling clean up some candy that fell?" He turned around, looked us in the eyes and said "yes, I do."
I've had worked in management for a long time, and still do. I have a question for the GM's, other store managers, and even shareholders - - is this in the employee handbook? Let's say my friend wasn't INJURED AND IN AN ARM SLING, would that justify scolding the PAYING CUSTOMER in front of the whole store about how he should've picked it up? A couple minutes later as I was checking out with my stuff, Tom decided to come back to the front of the store where he continued to bicker about how my friend should've picked up the candy, and yes, my friend was still wearing the ARM SLING that HE JUST BOUGHT AT THIS CVS. There was at least 10 customers in line all shaking their heads at Tom in disbelief. I was still shocked that he hadn't apologized, or at the bare minimum stopped bickering like a child in front of other customers.
I would suggest that regional management check the cameras to verify the talking points above. I have no idea how Tom became store manager but I do know that if he stays the store manager, this store will be closed soon. I will never return to this CVS and I hope management reevaluates who fills the role of "store manager." The other employee's look to the store manager for guidance, and the only guidance here was how to lose a loyal customer.

Horrible
Horrible service, wish I could rate it less. The drive-through covid testing took forever because the employee was too slow in doing anything and barely spoke up through the speaker. I had to get tested for a flight and waited about 48 hours after the test, and contacted this place a few times in the middle, and even though I called through a phone number that I used to register for the test they said dial 1 to re-call with a different phone number, and dial 2 to just cancel the call? What? There was not even a way to contact the pharmacy about my test result and nothing was told beforehand. Unbelievably horrendous service, I hope no one else experiences this.

So I have horrible Internet service and…
So I have horrible Internet service and cannot get online to schedule a minute clinic appointment. I speak to the pharmacist at the rockboro road location in Durham North Carolina. She's. She tells me that she can't speak to the minute clinic people that I have to go online. After informing her that I have horrible Internet service she tells me there's nothing that she can do and I said ma'am you're in the same building you can't ask them anything you're in the same building you can't help me out she says I don't think they have nothing to help you out today. Most horrible customer service that I have ever dealt with with when I have a sick 5 year obvioural no care in the world just doing what they need to do and go home.. Humanity is losing is bluesing compassion.

Customer service
Customer service, problem solving, respect and professionalism. Manager Anwar came over at self check out to assist me with my order. I scanned the product at self check out and it came up as a sales item. I told him there was not a label /tag over on the self stating that this is a sale item otherwise I would not have picked it up because I wanted to use my 40 percent off coupon. He asked me to walk back to the aisle with him so I could show him the product didn't have a sale tag. And sure enough the product was not tag with a sale sticker. So we went to the cash register and he scanned it and said now he figured out what happened, he turned his screen towards me and said this item is on sale and you cannot use your 40 percent coupon on this and that his hands is tied and that i can only have the product for the sale price. I asked him can he remove the sale price and only apply my discount because that is the reason i picked up the product and came to CVS to shop. I am a long time customer and i love CVS. They always send me coupons, extra bucks etc. I said i will pass walgreens and riteaid just to shop at CVS because CVS feel like family to me. Anwar said well the only thing he could do is sale the item as is. I explained to him that it is not my fault that this team didn't put up tags and because of that the customer is right. I asked him how would I know what is on sale or not if it is not label probably ? I would probably have to bring up the entire store to get a price check on items if it's not probable label. It is not fear to me that CVS didn't change there prices with probable tags. He started getting aggressive and upset because he didn't understand what I was explaining too him. He had a don't care attitude and was not understanding. I was very embarrassed that he made me walk him back to the aisle to check even though I was right he still did nothing about the issue but made me not buy it and waste so much time in this store. I drove out my way for nothing and had to go to my neighborhood store and buy this product for two dollars cheaper somewhere else. This was one of the worst experiences I had to deal with especially coming from a manager name Anwar that didn't know how to solve an issue instead pushed his loyal customer for other alternatives. I am a person that love coupons, sales and discounts. Not being able to use mine for this small error was sad and embarrassing. If you have an issue DO NOT go to this store and expect help from the manager Anwar because he is not a problem solver and his hands are tied. He is very unprofessional and has a i don't care attitude
