I moved all my medications out of CVS pharmacy. I moved my prescriptions on my account to their "Archived" folder. CVS continues to contact my doctor to refill my scripts. Recently CVS texted me and asked ..."XX is out of REFILLS. Would you like your pharmacist to contact your DR to refill it? Text YES or NO." I returned the text - NO. The next text I get back from CVS -- "I don't understand." And they still continue to contact my doctor for refills. I don't know how to make this stop!

Rude uncaring employees. More of a cheezy 99 cent store than a "medical" facility. This is what we have become. Walgreens and CVS have killed all the competition. It shows.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CVS PHARMACY. I just want to say that trustpilot is the wrong place to do a review. Someone delete more than half of my original review so this website is as poor a place to review any business. They altered my review or allowed some too delete the better part of it. This is the worst place to write a review because trustpilot allows ppl to delete all or part of a review. Do not do a “ REVIEW HERE.” AT TORRENCE AND SIBLEY IN CALUMET CITY IL. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USLESS AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE RUDE, LAZY AND OBNOXIOUS. IF THEY LOSS ENOUGH BUSINESS THEY WILL CLOSE THIS STORE….

Mokena Illinois. Always putting the needs and convenience of their customers after their own. I went in countless numbers of times asking about a booster shot. They would always telll me to go home and call them in a few days. Just too difficult ultimately for them to set up an appointment then and there. I now have covid with really awful symptoms. I ended up giving it to my neighbor whose husband had an organ transplant. My other neighbor was exposed and she has 4th stage cancer. These things are serious CVS.

Absolutely worthless They won’t do anything about it they’re not even embarrassed as usual one of these companies that suck this bad that I have one and a half stars put all the work on the sick customers so they don’t have to do any work

Do not use the CVS pharmacy located at 2001 Spartanburg Hwy/Highland Lake in Hendersonville NC Customer service is terrible. The pharmacist is out of commom medications that when we checked - other pharmacys have. They use the drive thru lane for Covid testing - so a person picking up meds has to wait - very long times. Don't bother trying to call the pharmacy - will never answer. Store is nasty and dirty - floors not vacuumed - they plain out just don't care!!! I understand being short staffed during the pandemic but what is their excuse now - everyone is almost back to normal so whats wrong with this store???

I call the pharmacy and after 48 minutes no one still hasn't answered. This is the store in Pascagoula MISSISSIPPi 39567. GAS IS HIGH!!!! Answer the 3 minute call please. I'm gonna change the pharmacy I use. I'm just fed up. My meds were brought in 06/09/22 before 11am. It's 06/12/22 and I haven't gotten my meds yet.

My family and I are guessing that CVS neither wants or needs our business based on our experience today! My daughter desperately needed her prescriptions called into the pharmacy this morning by her doctor. I tried getting thru to the pharmacy 5 times to inquire whether the prescriptions were ready to pick up. I spent 30 minutes or more trying to get thru and nobody would answer the phone. I drove over there to find out that there were 5 pharmacy people putting away medications on the shelves. There are at least 3 phone lines in the pharmacy and it would have taken all of 2 minutes to check and see if the prescriptions were ready. The pharmacist Brian did not take my concern seriously and even laughed in my face and then hung up on me in the drive-thru. My family and I have been loyal customers at this CVS since it opened. There is a Walgreen's next door and our money is as green as everyone else's. CVS stands for Customer Value Severed!
