cvs on Union Hills and 92nd Ave. Went to pick up pain prescription. Since it is a controlled substance, I was told it would take 30 minutes to fill. That's when the Pharmacist stepped in and said that lunch was in 15 minutes. So I would have to come back in 2 hours. Worst Pharmacy ever. Will never return.

Location of this CVS pharmacy is Senseny rd Winchester, Va . The customer care and service has FAILED time after time. Pharmacy staffing has improved but the service is still failing. Those techs give a damn less if they can fill or not your prescription , and joke about it. There are many complaints about this particular pharmacy and this will be my last. CVS take notice you lost a customer I will be taking my business else's were.

The Moline CVS pharmacy only has 10 caps (out of 30) of a common Class C medication in stock that I order every 30 days; these can't be ordered in advance. If I take the 10, they won't be able to fill the remaining 20 when they get a re-stock. There are two other CVS pharmacies within 10 miles but the pharmacy can't/won't transfer without the doctor's permission or I have to get another prescription for the other pharmacy. The doctor's office isn't open until Tuesday. Since my insurance requires that CVS is used for medications, I have to wait until Tuesday.

My daughter needed a sports physical. We made the appointment with cvs minute clinic online. Both online and in person they made sure that I knew that the appointment was not covered by insurance and they took my credit card info before we sat down in the waiting area. We start the appointment; we get to the medication list and we are told that since she is a type 1 Diabetic they can not do the physical. We had already canceled the physical with the primary care physician. We had traveled 30 minutes one way and given up time on a Saturday. MOST IMPORTANTLY; my daughter was made to feel that because she had Type 1 she was persona non gratas. She felt like she was a problem, an inferior person. The NP did not apologize for our inconvenience or even try to make it less awkward. She was very cold and uncaring. She explained that they did not want to be held liable for her diabetes control. Why wasn’t the fact that CVS does not do physicals for ‘certain types’ of people on their website? Right beside the information about how THEY want payment. This humiliation was not necessary. She is a young girl struggling with her self esteem with a horrendous disease so let’s make her feel worse. CVS cares more about money than people.

On July 01, 2022 in the afternoon, I had a very bad experience at the CVS on the Bel Pre Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20906. I was there for a money gram service, the manager addressed to me in the rude manners and disrespectful. After I spent over 30 minute online with my phone to proceed with the transaction because their machine wasn’t working. When I finished with the paperwork online, they were still not able to complete the transaction. So, I needed to know other available options left to get my money He didn’t show any regards to my concern or kind words to show that he cares. I tried to call their support service for half an hour to ask basic questions about the medicine that the doctor prescribed for me. At first they did not answer me for a long time, then none of the support could advise me. They are simply incompetent. Terrible service!

Only self checkout . me and another customer needed approval for purchase After waiting several minutes she went and found an employee. Took way to long to purchase 1 item that I thought would be in and out

Cvs on ygnacio valley road was horrible. Last time I go there. Cashier called for backup 3 times. Had at least 4 people in his line, 6 at the self checkout, one was off and the other one was acting up. Lady finally comes out turns on the second self checkout but doesn’t wait to clear the screen. She opens her register, calls next in line (which is me) but instead she takes everyone behind me I’m stuck waiting for the self checkout that is acting up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
