My online pharmacy asked them to call so they could transfer my prescription to them. they refused. Finally my online pharmacy told me to switch pharmacies. Said anyone who wouldn't put the clients needs first should go out of business

CVS in Havre de Grace, Maryland sent me an automated message that they were contacting my doctor to change my medication to a different, cheaper one that would be comparable to what I was prescribed by my doctor without my consent. Pretty galling! I wanted to contact the pharmacy to discuss the situation, but this CVS has a policy of “no answering phones.” If you can’t solve your problems on the app, then you have to drive there. It’s ridiculous! I wish my insurance didn’t insist I use CVS or I would change. I don’t recommend them at all. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with them.

CVS on 11398 Quail Roost Dr, Miami Fl. Staff was very rude and did not help me nor did they answer any questions I had at the pharmacy. First, I was told that I can get the Covid test inside since I did not have any transportation and a major back problem which requires Surgery. Due to the time line I had I went there and had to walk to the drive through window even though with my balance problem. Did not understand a word what was said. Went inside and tried to get a question answered with a rude reply from the back of the pharmacy. I will never go there again!!

I have been a customer at CVS for 15 years, I moved to Kingman, AZ., and kept CVS as my pharmacy. Big mistake! IT took me 6mos to see a Pain Management Doctor. When I do, he sends in a prescription for pain, and CVS refuses to fill it! CVS's response was to many patients with pain meds, go to another pharmacy. I was shocked, never have I been refused service at any Pharmacy. If you have pain meds don't go to CVS shop around for a pharmacy to fill them.

I am forced to use CVS pharmacy because of my health insurance only allows me to use that place. The service is unacceptable, and the staff is not helpful when I have an issue or question. The phone service is non-existing since the pharmacy never answers the phone. When I need to refill a prescription and do not have the RX number because of lost label, I have to go there in person to show the bottle and name. I tried to use the online service, which is even worse since you cannot access the system even after entering the verification code. Finally, when I was close to login when they wanted me to answer a question, I have no idea what question needs answering and where to enter that answer? CVS does not deserve even a one star on your review box.

CVS Athens Ga (Oglethorpe Ave) No since of urgency. I waited 1 hour for a prescription that was phoned in 1 hour prior to my arrival. After reaching the counter from a lengthy wait, I was informed that the Pharmacist (Nick Mize) is working on it. Once my name was called over the PA system, I was told by the assistant ( Older African American female) to return back to the end of the line. As I waited, I witnessed the Pharmacist on "break" with his family (holding a small toddler behind the counter) as the line continue to grow. Where is the Civility.

CVS stole my credit card information and charged me twice for a Carepass that I didn't consent to nor knew anything about. In the future all transactions with them in which they are to deduct monthly from a bank account should be signed by the customer for legal consent. It is not ok to take a customers credit card number, keep it on file, and start deducting money for a Carepass which the customer never consented to.
