Negative. They NEVER have my scripts ready. They NEVER seem to have any paperwork insurance or Doctors send. Need to resend stuff three or four times PER PRESCRIPTION. Rude and unhelpful staff. They'd rather have you get upset so they can gleefully tell you they won't help when you're upset, yet they offer NO SOLUTIONS to any customer problems. I have spent many painful, sleepless WEEKS because they would refill my medications....FOR WEEKS

Horrible pharmacy and retail staff at 5040 Laguna Blvd Elk Grove CA. When my wife asked the pharmacy technician for Covid 19 test kit, they did not look up if it is covered by our medical insurance or not. Instead, they referred her to the retail clerk Alberto who then asked my wife to pay $25.85 for it. CVS is under contract by my insurance to provide pharmacy services and products. When my wife attempted to return the test kit they told her it cannot be returned and any misunderstanding is not their responsibility. This happened to me a few months back in the same store. They passed me around 4 times until I screamed at them. Such callous and irresponsible people. They just want our money and nothing else.

They have been charging me membership fees. I live outside the US and I cannot cancel instantly like they say or even use this service. This is insane that I can't access their site to cancel as I'm outside the US as well - utterly ridiculous. Why do I have to call a US number to deal with this. Also, tried on the App 'We're sorry' - TOTAL SCAM

1221 FREDERICA ST. They gave my mom such a run around about a necessary medication that she was in tears. When we finally made, what we thought was progress, i went to pick up the medication for her (she'd been trying to get it and SICK for two days), they had the medication in hand/showed it to me, processed the transaction, then told me i had to wait for it. I stood in their waiting area for 30+ minutes while they helped everyone else that was there, and came in after me. In addition, their phone rang nonstop, and nobody picked it up (surprise surprise). The tech that showed me the bottle that told me i had to wait, stood behind the counter smirking every time i looked at him, so 100% sure this 'waiting period' was a form of retaliation.

26 years I have been a loyal customer. I have never written a bad review in my life. CVS near me has called me "liar" to my face over a mistake they made concerning BP medication. Since my doctor put me on ADHAD medication, I have been treated like a criminal. Both pharmsists and tech have been rude and short. Tagged me in the system because my doctor asked to fill my prescription a day early due to leaving on vacation. I am hurt. I have not been treated like a drug addict or drug dealer in my life. All over low dose ADHD medication. I will NEVER shop there again for anything.

Called in to refill last refill prescriptions (2 of them). Asked them to confirm that they were not expired so if they were I could make an appointment with my doctor to get them up to date. They confirmed they were not expired.. but confirmed they had to "order one of them" since not in stock and would have it in no later then that Wednesday. Mind you the two prescriptions were on the same date to be filled. They allowed me to pick on one but not the other? Their Reason #1 The script was "expired" I said when I called you did you not confirm with me that it was not? And If the they were expired why are you giving me the other one? Reason then #2 "Well then you took too long to pick it up." CVS sends out text messaged to remind you of prescriptions and how long you have to pick up. I still had "weeks" to pick up (within 30 days). I was not even on a full week yet of not picking them up. Called their 1800 number and they had the district manager call me. She too was confused by it and told me that she would look into it.. only to have the pharmacy call me to fight with me again on how it was not their fault and that I waited too long. Pharmacist also confirmed on phone said that the prescriptions are good for 90 for certain ones days per law and that I had it written on April 22nd. So on July 19th when I went to PICK up the medicine and was told "no for the one" it still would have not been expired! Another lie. They waited until today July 23rd to have the actual pharmacist look into the situation and said oh well they are expired. This is not the first time this keeps happening at the same CVS location here in Louisiana. As they also go through many pharmacist I am wondering if we have some .. "misplacement" of medicine going on and blaming the customers of not being in time or "script expired" I will most certainly no longer due business with such a misconduct place.

CVS is consistently getting my prescriptions wrong. They show they dispensed medicine to me when they have not. Their phone system is inadequate making you go through many menus before you can reach a human being to talk to. Their clerks are clueless about most things giving their customers lip service by telling you your doctor is doing something wrong. My health insurance forces me to use CVS (they own CVS) or they won't pay. How in the world can a company as bad as this continue to operate so poorly when people rely on them to stay well?

The pharmacy at 705 Bertrand Dr Lafayette, LA 70506, drive up has been closed for several weeks now, as a result, I have had to go into the store to pick up my prescription—with COVID—twice! The employees and every customer in the store was put at risk because of this issue. In addition, instead of being checked out promptly, the staff took more than 40 minutes before I was able to check out, this was both times. While CVS encourages people to get vaccinated, they do absolutely nothing to prevent the community spread of the virus. I can’t be the only one who has walked into this store having full blown COVID.
