CVS is not shy about sending out volumes of stupid texts ads, and other bullcrap, sometimes waking me up very early. But just try and get through to a store! They won’t answer the phone, not even for a doctor.

I have been attempting for several weeks to contact a regional director or distract manager. No response. CVS can’t get Meds syringes. Customer service is a joke with this company. Taking my biz elsewhere.

I signed up for a Covid 19 booster at 3:00 September 3. Drove 40 miles to Inwood, West Virginia, here is what I got: Pharmacy: "we don't have the covid shots". Me: then why did you let me sign up for this date and time? Pharmacy: "Oh, "THEY" let lots of people sign up. You were supposed to get an email when we canceled. Yes and the shingles shot you wanted is $215.00." Not a single staffer was masked up - INCLUDING in the pharmacy where you'd be intimate getting a shot....

Very rude staff with purple hair, racism refuses taking passport photo. Don’t go the one on 11428 Kenyon way, Rancho Cucamonga store.

They will sign you up to a "care plan" without telling you and then charge you $5.00 a month. I realized when I check my bank account that they stole 5 dollars from me without my authorization so I called customer service. The agent was very rude and did not solve my issue. She was asking me for my personal information and when I told the lady I was not going to give her further details about me becuase I did not trust them mind you at this point she already has my name and phone number. She said well I cannot read your mind and hang up.

Never in my life have I seen such incompetency in a nation wide business. If you take a medication you depend on, YOU had better start checking on it a week before you need it so you can begin to straighten out all of the screw ups. CVS is a pathetic "pharmacy". They would do better to just hire some 16 y/o kids to run it.

Worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. Totally incompetent staff and screwed up prescriptions! I will never go back and CVS lost my support! Totally rude and inconsiderate. A pharmacy clerk tried to tell me how many tramadol I could take in a day after my doctor wrote the prescription. I listen to my doctor and not some peon clerk butting into my business reading my prescription!
