It’s very disappointing and poor customer service if a discount price cannot be given without the script being filled. With prices skyrocketing for drugs and insurance and now prices can’t be given without filling a script, what’s next?

the store in general is good, but at this moment they have a new employee who with her attitude and way of attending should receive a customer service training, Mikala you should improve and try to learn to be nice 4315 Marlton Pike Pennsauken Thank you...

It's too bad that CVS does not pay any attention to us reviews. Its online ordering program is absolutely horrible. I spent 2 hours trying to order some items and it would freeze, never move. It kept telling me that something was wrong with the order and I checked and rechecked but nothing was wrong. I tried to change my credit card address, it wouldn't take. I finally had to call in and place the order. Despite the 30% discount offered, it isn't worth the stress and waste of time fooling around with their terrible website.

I needed some things, so decided to try CVS.com for a change. I have an account. It all seemed very easy for the ordering part and I was happy. Then I used the CC already on file and it returned a message "card cannot be charged, try another card." At the same time I saw the charge appear on my AX account on my phone. So I tried it again. Same error message from them and a second charge on my account. So I added a new CC and got the same error message and a 3rd charge, but the order did not go through. I am sorry I bothered by all of this now. Should have gone in or gone somewhere else. So I called Customer Service. She said she doesn't even see an account (has my email and "extra care" number.) She said check email and if nothing there probably it wasn't charged, but cannot help since cannot even find my account. What a total waste of 40 minutes.

The spoke english on the phone with me, but they still didn't know what I was talking about. They totally did not even understand ny prescription, which I guess is complicated but no one has ever had an issue with it before. What is wrong with these guy? Why can't I get them to listen. I had to hang up and just go to my local store. I live in a small town and you don't really have a lot of choices, so I hoped that buying from cvs online would be cheaper, but it really wasn't at all because I just couldn't get them to understand me.

I stopped shopping at Walgreens because of the same situation I am experiencing at CVS. CVS has the coupon machine in its stores that allows you to print out coupons for special deals each week. In their weekly ad they advertised an 8-pack of Meta bars on sale and offered a coupon. I went to the store and per usual was met with the empty shelf, no product so I spoke to a cashier who advised that I may not get a raincheck, but I asked to speak to the store manager who said I could get a raincheck so the cashier called for backup to have another employee issue the raincheck for me. As the employee was writing it, she mentioned that this offer will expire before they will receive the product and I will not receive the coupon price. This sounds like a racket to me and so this is the reason for the review. This isn't the first time they have done this, thus happens every week with their sales ad. Something needs to change and my suggestion is to order more product in anticipation since the ads are made up a year in advance or face losing more business because the customer voice is very loud and won't be silenced.
