Having an online account is good, when it actually works. Many times, when attempting to log in to find out the status of perscriptions, a message will pop up asking for you to try again later because something is wrong with servers.
This happens at least a few times per week and it blocks you from important information about perscriptions.

Terrible practice and procedures!
My son’s pediatrician e-scribed a prescription to CVS located on Hwy 34/Sullivan Rd in Newnan, GA and the script remained in limbo for over 3 hours without a word or notification from them as to why it was taking that long to fill it. Luckily, I was keeping check on the status of it by logging into my CVS account and decided to call myself (this location takes on average four-five hours to fill prescriptions-INSANE!!!). I was told the medication was out of stock. No call or notification was given to either me or my son’s pediatrician. I called his doctor myself and asked for the prescription to be called into another CVS location, which is located on Lower Fayetteville Road in Newnan, GA. Again, the prescription sat there in air for over two hours. I called to inquire of the wait only to be told that the medication was out of stock at their location, too. Both locations will have to re-order/re-stock and wouldn’t have the medication available until Monday or Tuesday. So here we are, on a Friday evening, heading into a weekend where doctors’ offices are closed and restock orders can’t be filled until the next week, days later.
This is such a BS process that needs to revamped and revisited. It doesn’t make sense to take so long to fill a prescription, let alone to not communicate that the orders can’t be filled. Such a waste of my valuable time. It’s unfortunate that my family is forced to use CVS due to receiving pharmacy services from Caremark.
My issue with this entire process is the lack of communication and lack of timeliness as well as not keeping proper stock of medications.

Getting someone on the phone is almost…
Getting someone on the phone is almost close to impossible, I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for someone to answer and it’s 8:00pm, there’s no way they’re busy and I’ve been there around this time and the phones would ring….no one picks up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous

Had a really bad time with CVS website
Had a really bad time with www. cvs.com this week.
i have never been though anything like this before.
They have a very bad customer service lay out i got sent to three different people an in the end after one and a half hours i still loose some of my money and i didn't even get any of my stuff when there original promise was a full refund and to have my stuff mailed. Nothing happened and they wont honer the discounts i had gotten so i can reorder. so i lost 10$ and don't have my essential items i had ordered and they messed up in the first place. I asked them to cancel my subscription twice and was completely ignored. meaning that unless i want to loose more money i have to go to CVS. I don't even want to step foot in a CVS ever again i swore they wouldn't get another dime from me but they set it up. CVS is a dirty scam. by the way i was about to save nearly 40$ more than half what my order cost. i never even got back a gift card i used for that order. They messed it up on purpose so i wouldn't get the discounts and coupons that took me hours to clip to the card. They really messed up my budget this month. I do NOT recommend this cvs. com and ordering from them through there website.

They would let you die.
I was in the drive thru for my glucose test strips. The pharmacist had forgotten to send in authorization form to my Dr. from the prior month. I had to sit in the parking lot on the phone for an hour to clear it up. I came back through the drive thru and was told someone else was going to fill my script and to come inside to wait so they could get the next customer. I had already told them my glucose was at 42 on my continuous monitor and I needed to check it with the strips right away. He still insisted on me getting out of a car driven by someone else and risk passing out and falling and God knows what injury to come inside. Everyone was moving at a snails pace still! CVS only cares about the next dollar coming in and definitely not about customers! I'd give them zero rating if I could.

Disgraceful
How dare they treat me that way!!! I'm disabled and a Army Veteran. Several times today the CVS pharmacy spoke to me like I was a 3rd world ingrate. Shame on the mess!!! After making many failed phone attempts yesterday to reach CVS and it's app, I conceded.
At 0800 today 092622, I called CVS to express that their CVS app was not user friendly. I was immediately told by a very ignorant, abruptly woman that they just opened. Afterward, I was rudely whisked away, and banished to the CVS app they I had already explained was not working properly for my medical needs. Reluctant, I went onto the app yet again for another 90 minutes only to find that again it wasn't working properly. When I called back to the pharmacy I was greeting w great hostility and cynicism by the staff! They rudely left me on hold many times...so many times that I almost forgot why I was calling them. I am a God loving American!!! How dare CVS treat me in that type of inhumane manner? What made them feel that they had the "golden gonads" to do this to me even after speaking w their "supervisor"??? Prior to the betrayal, I had left such high accolocades for the exemplary service I received on my 1st CVS medical delivery. The first time I spoke w the CVS staff they were professional, kind, and seemed eager to accommodate me. I thought to myself, "wow! Have I ventured into heaven here?" I simply asked about my meds and asked for my name and phone number... Immediately the CVS staffer said, "Yes, you are in our system." Then they asked me if I'd be picking them up the meds, and I asked if they would be nice enough to deliver to me. In short, they said sure and that they could sent it prompt delivery!
The delivery was sensational! Many years ago, I was a Domino's Pizza Manager so I knew all about excellent delivery service. However, the staff at the "weird" CVS exclaimed that none of that remarkable experience happened. I felt perplexed as 'hell below' while thinking this must be a different CVS. Though I knew which store it was because it was on my prescriptions, I still checked again it w family looking too. So when I continued on w the "service call from hell", I again insisted that I was correct in what I originally said. Again the staff have me grief about it again, and that none of it happened. I asked if they were calling me a Liar??? They persisted...
Later, I did whatever they wanted me to do for fear that they would waste more of my precious time. They insisted that I couldn't get my free delivery as I did before. I had to succumb to CVS charges they create for me, unlike what happened to me previously. I was forced to pay their random!
Lastly, I never got my deliver from them.
This was by far and above one of the worst experiences in my life. Again, I say shame on you CVS pharmacy.
Terrible and Disgraceful.
Be blessed in Jesus.
