Literally the worst experience. Customer service is very rude on the phone. she seem like there was no time for me at all. I was trying to get my prescription delivered to me. Somehow a second account was created for me in the system and was recently cleared up. I had added a credit card on the file in the app, and the person on the phone cannot find it. It would have been nice for her to wait just a few minutes while I logged into my app to find the credit card. She wanted me to call back. So after just two minutes and I found the credit card I added on file. I called back, after waiting 30 minutes someone finally did pick up the phone and immediately hung up the phone. I should be just as important as any other customer. CVS pharmacy located at 404 Ramsey street corner of Grove downtown Fayetteville, Fayetteville NC.

Awful customer service at CVS located at 5990 South Pointe Blvd, Ft. Myers, FL! When a message was left on my phone that only 1 prescription would be ready for that day and the other prescription the following evening because it was not in stock, I followed up at the pharmacy to pick up the one prescription and had asked why it took 21 minutes to pick up the phone when there were 3 people working in that department. Her answer was "We take care of our customers here First before we answer the phone"! What an unbelievable comment to make! I can assure you, I will no longer give my business to unprofessional reps with your company. I have now transferred my prescriptions to Cypress Lake pharmacy where people truly care for my well being! It's a shame you are no longer valued as a consumer but change will come when people recognize their hard earned money is being given to people that do not care about you. worst experience ever CVS on 885 central avenue i got a money order at cvs and the bank told me to return to CVS so that they can write my name on it. As i've never done it before i didn't know how to use it, so i return to the CVS hoping that they will help me with the money order they've provided me on Friday 10/14 but instead of receiving help or explanation the cashier an arab lady even accuse me to try to make a dishonnest transaction, i recommand never ever try that CVS! luckily i met a nice customer(lady may God bless her)who was there at the same time, she was the one who finaly took her time to explain me how to use the money order CVS has given me and i was finally able to use my money order!

I went to CVS to return a GIFT, given to me by a lifelong friend who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I had the item still in the bag with the receipt. I intended on exchanging it, as even though exchanged, would still hold sentimental value, because he paid for it. I may never see my friend again with his memory of us together intact. The store clerk at Franklin Street Sacramento, OCTOBER 15 2022, (this form keeps changing the date!) was RUDE to ME- upset that the other clerk didn't know how to do an exchange?, grabbed the receipt and just put the credit back on his card. When I questioned it, she YELLED at me saying "That's ALL THEY DO!!" NO exchanging! WHO EVER heard of no exchanges with a receipt and everything!?! Now thanks a lot b****! I probably would have exchanged it, adding more of my own money to the sale and bought more things for myself, and had a keepsake from my love who is 70, whom I will never see again with his memories to share. I immediately called him on speaker in front of the clerk, I felt I had to tell him to expect credit on his account, but felt embarrassed and afraid I would hurt him, to tell him I wanted to exchange his gift. SHE also never even gave me a receipt showing the transaction! You NOT ONLY LOST MONEY, YOU'VE LOST a customer! I will NEVER shop in CVS again for ANYTHING!!!

Some staff are quite rude at the register, especially , for asking them to cough in their elbow, not hands, to let me bag my own things , for asking they disinfect their hands after rubbing their eyes or a body piercing. Scarlet has been rude to me several times, and once began screaming and pointing at me. I've had Meghan Carabella tell me that if I didn't like something, I did not have to shop there. Today I mentioned to the check out girl that if she has a runny nose, and sniffles, she should be wearing a mask. Meghan, shift supervisor, immediately stepped in and wanted to handle the transaction. I do not want to check out with her, and told her so. She got furious and called the police and had me restrained from the premises. I am a valued customer and have spent a lot of money at this store since I moved to Amherst. I did a lot of my grocery shopping there as I am a senior on disability without a car. I would never go back to this store as long as shift supervisor, Meghan Carabella, is there, nor to any other CVS, without an apology. If this does not happen, I will advise my friends to avoid CVS also. KC

I am in the process of switching from CVS . I have been a very long time customer of the CVS Pharmacy on Park and Jupiter in Plano Texas . I have had nothing but trouble of late trying to get my prescriptions filled . It takes days sometimes and the excuse is we had to order it , your Dr did not order it even after my Dr text me and tells me your meds have been ordered and blah blah blah . I have had pneumonia and many prescriptions have been ordered and it is almost one of those situations where less stress to not attempt to pick up you script , three attempts to pick up and by that time you have coughed your brains out for two nights and when you finally get frustrated they miraculously can fill it in ten minutes but once again you have to wait in line again . What is real funny is I also get my dads scripts there and I left his appointment at at 4 pm and said just for it’s and giggles , arrived at 4:30 pm and low and behold all four of his scripts were ready , mine was ordered that morning at 11 and not ready . I guess there is a TOTUM pole status AT CVS ……. Anyway it is maddening……. Time to go ! By the way they want one date ………. WAY TOOOOOOOO MANY DATES. I am coming back and editing this review just when I was gonna give up on CBS everything turned around. It has been much much much much better. I have come to know the people that work there there was never anything wrong with the people that work there they were awesome but we got it all straightened out. Everything is great now haven’t had any problems. They at least are working on things to fix it. It’s been a while since I posted on here but it popped up and I just wanted to let you know that they are doing a great job now thank you so much.

I use CVS pharmacy because I have to, not because I choose to. I have found that it does not matter where you live in the great State of Texas, CVS is the worst pharmacy to interact with that there is. The pharmacy itself never answers their phone calls. I have been in the store and the only one in line and listening to the little voice say there are X numbers of calls for the pharmacy. I have also been on the other end of the call until it times out (3 times in a row) and never see or get a call answered. This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is customer injustice.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Planning on changing asap!! The problem I think is a high turnover of employees because CVS will not pay them enough! Just when you get to know a pharmacist they are gone to a new pharmacy that treats their employees better.
