CVS pharmacy in Gaithersburg MD at Montgomery Village. I had a simple Yes/No question about whether a medication was in stock since it wasn’t at our usual (wonderful) CVS pharmacy in Germantown MD. Had it been I was going to ask my doctor to switch to this location. They were rude, interrupting and left me on hold for 49 minutes before they hung up on me. Worst CVS I’ve ever experienced!!!!

I have fought with these people for no less than HALF A DECADE to do a very simple thing: Do not automatically refill my prescriptions. I work a weird job that has me out of town frequently. I need to be able to schedule my refills for when I'm around because often by the time I get back in with time to pick up my RX, they're no longer holding it for me. They refuse. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I'm begged, pleaded and fought with them over it. I've been told AT LEAST FIVE TIMES that they won't do it anymore. At long last, I'd had enough and now have to travel 20 minutes to the next nearest pharmacy to get my RX. And guess what? I CAN'T BECAUSE CVS FILLED MY OLD PRESCRIPTION. Even when I'm no longer doing business with them they're causing me problems! They are routinely out of very pedestrian prescriptions that they should ALWAYS have on hand, and also medicines that need to be had at a moment's notice like antibiotics. How does this company stay in business?! I don't get it, but they aren't getting mine anymore. Edit: You know what? No. I'm not done. I know I'm not coming off this way right now, but I'm the last person to cause service sector folks trouble. I've worked a LOT of those thankless, hateful jobs, dealing with a miserable, selfish public. I know only too well how demeaning it can be so I take pains to be polite to them whenever I can. So when I tell you that I ended up fighting with them over the phone to stop automatic refills, I just want you to know the context behind that statement. The last time I've experienced this heinous a company was America Online back in the 90s when they refused to cancel my subscription. THAT'S what you've become, CVS. Congratulations.

The pharmacist did not fill my prescription of antibiotic because the prescribing MD was not in the field of infectious diseases. The pharmacist simply did not like the prescriber for some reason and refused to give the prescription putting me in danger of getting worsening of my infection.

Yesterday I went to the CVS store on Cordova in Santa Fe, NM. I had an appt. for 2 shots, well over 2 weeks ago. I checked in online as requested and arrived early. The younger man behind counter said I had no appt. at that store. I literally had to show him their own CVS text to correct him. He was just clueless. Then, I waited another 35 mins. and no one called me for the shots. I had to inquire. They had forgotten me totally. This is very shameful. How do they even stay in business? No customer service.

Tried to print a picture. The manager, Gus, saw me struggling with it for 20 minutes. I asked for help twice. Both times, I did not receive help. Finally, the manager told me the machine was broken and that I should load the cvs app on my phone and make the order that way. He then walked away. I tried to do what he said and it still did not work. I asked him again and he explained he had other priorities. When I said I would write him a bad review, he said go ahead...that it did not matter...that nothing would happen because nobody would care. Went to a competitor and completed the order in five minutes

They rip people off in the pharmacy dept. They charged me $25.90 for a tube of CVS brand cream that they sell over-the-counter for $3.99. And won't accept return or give refund because it was written as an Rx. They put Rx in a paper bag so you can't see what they are overcharging you on. They are extremely unhelpful!

I called the CVS in Garden City, Michigan and spoke with the pharmacists at 1pm on 11/4/22 and requested to fill 2 prescriptions as I do every month for the last few years. She said she would have them ready by 4pm (3 hours later). I arrived at 9:15pm and they only had 1 ready. I explained to the evening pharmacists ANNA, that they were missing 1 script and I drove 20 mins with 3 kids and I don't want to have to drive back, especially since it's their error. Anna was very rude and said I have to wait until 4am. She said she had to take care of everyone in line behind me first. Mind you I waited 20 mins in line. Evidently they are more important than I am. Anna was very rude and not accommodating at all and had no interest in correcting the mistake CVS made. And let's not get into the fact that CVS is a multi million dollar company but cant seem to adequately staff a 24 hr pharmacy. The technicians always complain how short staffed and overworked they are. What a disgrace to humanity!!

The CVS on chamblee tucker road , 4317 Chamblee Tucker Rd, Tucker, GA 30084. Does not answer the phone. There are only two employees, they do not do what is needed to satisfy prescription needs. Vaccine orders are not completed or ordered.
