The recorded telephone prompt is horrible. A simple "what is prescription number for refill" would work. But no. It reads off all your prescriptions, it wants to know the name, it continues through a drawn-out script and, in the end, I was given misinformation about the rx I needed. HORRIBLE! A waste of my time. That and the incredibly long lines at the store with the pharmacy closing in the middle of the day is not the way to run a business. I am transferring my rx's.

At the CVS located at 8025 Lee Vista Blvd. in Orlando, Florida, an employee named Danaris provides very poor customer service; she is rude to customers, fails to help resolve issues, and is ill-mannered, giving abusive responses.

Extremely frustrating experience. The website and app frequently showed conflicting information about my order and prescription status, which made it difficult to know what was actually available. When I tried to contact customer support for clarification, reaching a real person took far longer than expected. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. Updates were delayed, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic information. What should have been a simple process turned into a series of unnecessary delays and confusion. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to spend so much time chasing answers. Based on this experience, I will be looking for a more reliable pharmacy service in the future.

I had just left the ER and they called in 3 prescriptions for pain to the Alpine cvs which was closed on arrival. I called the cvs in Santee and spoke to a female in the pharmacy who told me to come there and she would transfer the 3 prescriptions to there location. We drove the 35 minutes to Santee and when we got there she said that she could only find 1 prescription not 3. I called Sharp ER in La Mesa and they said all 3 were there and this happens all the time with cvs. In the end the pharmacy tech would not even transfer the 1 prescription because it was a schedule 2 narcotic. So I suffered all night and we spent hours going back and forth for nothing! Will NEVER use cvs pharmacy for anything ever again! They are heartless and cruel!

Every time I go into my local CVS Pharmacy, Bellmore NY I get grief. They request so everyone can hear PPI to look me up. I refuse. This time the "clerk" states loudly that everyone there has access to my PPI (talk about violating my HIPPA). The store is a shambles, I question they even give the right drugs to people and if it is the right bottle, then I highly doubt the Pharmacists (sic pill counters) would know or care if they are counterfiet. Add insult to injury, David CVS Sr Social Media Resolution Coordinator CVS Health -1 CVS Drive, Woonsocket, RI, 02895, USA gives me time worn line of s**t that someone tried to call me, today. No one called, no one left a message... This is a public company???? This is a company we "trust"???? This is a nightmare waiting to kill people.

Called to check stock on a prescription before I had it transferred over and I could not get past the bot without giving my birthday. WHY? Kept saying they needed to verify my identity. TO CHECK STOCK?!? Big Brother, people. BIG.BROTHER.

Horrible customer service,even while in store AI answering machine in place so they don't have to deal with very ill customers under doctors care. Change doctors had written RX to generic medication 💊 . Question the RX even while you are standing right before them. I feel CVS revived large kickbacks & bonuses from company if the fill generic RXs against DAW Handwritten prescriptions.....

Things were good for a long time. However, over the last 6 months or so, I've had a hard time getting my prescriptions filled--whenever I have multiple prescriptions to fill, it seems there is always one or two that doesn't get filled. However, when I show up to pick up my prescriptions, they are able to fill the missing one(s) so I don't understand why they weren't able to fill them before I arrived to pick them up other than they are being put on hold and forgotten. I asked about the issue and was pretty much told it was my fault because I should be notified when there is a problem, and I'm not being notified. The staff are rude when there is a problem and there is no effort to provide any degree of customer service when trying to address problems. The general attitude of their staff is, "It's not my problem, so I don't care."
