There is nothing good about CVS pharmacy. My experience has been that they short the meds - giving 75 when order is for 90, but never make up the difference unless I spend 30 min on the dispute line, 800.746.7287. Also prone to saying prescription was sent over when it was not. And you should always count the pills because they may be just a few short. This is a company that never believes in customer service and must be a terrible place to work as I doubt employees are treated any better than customers. To summarize, RUN, don’t walk, as fast and as far away from this contemptible organization.

If you miss the 1990s and wish your pharmacy used the tech from back in the day, CVS could be a great choice for you. If you want a functional app or a customer service email that has any value, CVS ain't it. Seriously, e-mailing with customer service will leave you wondering if they have a surly 12 year old running the department.

Just tried to go into CVS, in Winter Haven Fl on 540, to grab some medicine and was met with 2 less than nice employees who informed me, after I walked in the door that they were closing in 2 minutes. I told them I only needed a couple of things and one of them rudely said…what do you need? I said…Nevermind, I’ll go to Walgreens. The other rude employee yells…awesome! Will never step foot in that store again. Would have taken me 2 to 3 minutes to get what I needed and CVS would have kept a customer.

I dropped my driver's license between my carseat and it was pouring down rain so I gave the pharmacy tech my License to carry. After about 20 minutes of waiting, she comes back and says Ma'am I cannot take this it has to be a driver's license, a passport or a military or state ID all rude-like. I told her that it is a valid state ID and I needed my kids medication! I went inside to talk to the manager and was told that someone from corporate just happened to be there and would be able to override it. No wonder they are closing down 900 stores with this utter unnecessary nonsense.

Horrible experience today. I was there for my Covid buster. The pharmacist would not give me a vaccination card! I asked 3 times and he said NO.

We have had multiple problems with prescription refills/pick up over the past couple of months. Prescriptions are not ready or delayed after physician office has submitted refill and we have called to confirm. This is an absolute inconvenience. It issue has become a problem after we drive 30 min to pick up a prescription to be told it will be ready in an hour or more only to realize it is after the pharmacy has already closed. I am a healthcare worker and try to be understanding because I know things do go as planned most f the time , however this issue has not improved and it is the “norm” . Our prescriptions will be transferred to another pharmacy - NOT CVS

CVS pharmacy on 2nd Ave and 51 street. I had the most awful experience today with an emergency Paxlovid delivery. My doctor called this prescription yesterday. I am sick with Covid and cannot and should not go outside. More than 24 later I still don’t have this emergency medicine and ever time I call to inquire and beg to expedited it, I am being told that: a) I don’t have an account with them,b) that yes I have an account but they cannot expedite it ( after 24 hrs of waiting in my part); c) not a word of apology or sympathy to a patient like myself. Rude and uninterested. Horrible experience!

I'm on seizure control medicine. I got notice yesterday that they can only give medicine through tomorrow because they are almost out. Since I'm on control drug they can't transfer it to another store. Hopefully they will get in tomorrow. They were not sympathetic.
