I am writing this review to complain about a certain Angel at CVS, Polifly road, Hackensack, NJ 07601. This guy is a liar, rude, and lacking any customer courtesy training or qualifications. My UPS package was delivered to his store and he signed for it. When I went to pick it up at 2pm, driving 45 min, he just told me that it was not delivered and to check back at 6pm again. It took me 15 min on the phone with UPS to get a delivery confirmation and found out that he was the one who signed for it. After confronting him with the tracking info, he was rude!

Okay I see how the overflow of work your pharmacy has and to an extent many small infractions with this company I can overlook but the service and manner i was handled in this evening I have felt the need to try to reach out . Drive thru in phenix city al 280 bypass. The person at the window that works for this company was as rude and nasty as if I’d done something other than give him a name dob for the person I was picking up for the interaction was closed with a very rude okay im looking at it in black and white and good night from the employee to myself whom just can’t understand why???if he has had a bad day not my fault overworked not my fault in general just rude ??

December 1, 2022, approximately 3:30 in the afternoon I went to the CVS pharmacy to pick up two prescriptions that were supposed to be ready at 1 o’clock. As I waited in line with everyone else, I watched Jaden one of the pharmacist, continually wipe her nose with her hand, and then wait on the customers that were in line without washing her hands or using hand sanitizer it was completely disgusting and ridiculous to look at. I did inform the manager Luke before I left the store. Also, the (Blonde) pharmacist came over to help get the long line down and was extremely rude. Told me my one prescription was not ready and I needed to go sit down and wait for 10 minutes and they did the same thing to the customer in front of me. We both said no, she was extremely snotty to me for no reason and I said give me what you have which she wasn’t even offering and I’ll be back before you close. I don’t think her for opening to help get the lines down and the girl that was doing the drive-through went above and beyond for the drive-through people by going out into the store and getting things that they asked her to get, this was not the time to be doing that! Maddie should be allowed to take a day off without having issues behind that Pharmacy. I understand she’s one of the supervisors and she is wonderful. However, she is not working today. Therefore the pharmacy is falling apart. I have never had this horrible experience at this pharmacy there was a first for everything and I hope this does not affect Maddie in any way, shape or form because she was not there and cannot control employees on her day off, and this complaint is truly not fair to Maddie, but that Jaden is going to get an old person sick by wiping her nose constantly in front of everybody and then doing their medicine it’s gross and disgusting and unsanitary!!

Their phone system is the worst.

I hate that I have to leave one star because every cvs pharmacy I've ever gone through there's been a issue with getting my handicapped mothers medications. They've been known to be short on her pain medication as well as her anxiety meds. When confronted they said they did a pill count and it added up. This happened several times and it's been awhile since she finally threatened to report them. There's been times where They've refused to fill her prescription and almost every time they say it will be hours so I have to come back twice because it takes them 7 hours to fill it. Half the time they lie and say they are out of the medicine. The reason I know it's a lie is because I called back and the other pharmacist said they had plenty. I'm not sure why they have such awful attitude, especially towards people who get pain medications. They act like they are doing you a favor. They are aware my mother is not capable of picking her meds up but they still have me wait hours to get it and sometimes I have to make 2 separate trips to get it.

I just encountered a very rude employee at the CVS on shoppers Lane in Wyncote Pa. This employee forced me and several other customers to wait in line for service as he continue to work behind the counter, disregard the people right in front of him. When he finally service me He provided my prescriptions in three separate bags. I asked him could he consolidate them in one bag and he just pushed a paper back towards me. I informed him it is not my job to bag merchandise as a customer I should get more respect he just shrugged and said nothing. I am not responsible for him having a bad day.

The worst pharmacy I ever used. The pharmacists don't give a darn about the patients. The support staff are mostly lazy shiftless kids. The technology is horribly unstable, inaccurate, and inefficient. If not for the huge government contracts and monopolistic partnerships held by CVS, they'd quickly go broke. If you have any options for your prescription needs besides CVS, use them!

Went to the CVS at 7 York Rd Warminster Pa. Had an appointment to get a flu shot. At check in I was asked if I had a mask. I did not. The pharmacist then shouted from her station that she had been sick for the past 11 days. They she proceeded to cough in an exaggerated manner. Very unprofessional. Don’t come to work sick. I had to leave after the experience.
