My experience only relates to the pharmacy service at Ark Rd;Mt Laurel, NJ. The main store is great and well stocked. My Dr phoned in a script that I pay for and do not use my insurance. 3X I visited the drivethru window and was told that the script needed prior approval from insurance. But I'm paying cash. Such a mix-up and I spent 2 weeks without my medication which was there on the 4th trip. The CVS employee who is always at the window was not offering any help--just saying--waiting for prior approval from insurance.

CVS on US Hwy 301, Parrish, FL. Horrible service. My son was prescribed an antibiotic on Friday (12/9) for strep throat and they only had the partial amount which is fine because they said they ordered it and should be available by Saturday (12/10). I didn’t even check over the weekend if it was ready because I work nights and we had enough doses for about 5 days. I called Monday (12/12) at 09:30am and the guy I talked to said the shipment just came and will be ready yesterday afternoon. Still nothing so we went there today and this other lady at the drive through said it was still in the truck and won’t be ready til later this evening. Meanwhile, we only had half of what his dose should’ve been and they couldn’t care less that it was an antibiotic and can’t be skipped. Why tell someone your meds are ready when you don’t even have it?! Had the script transferred to Publix and they had it ready in an hour!

CVS on 1000 Sophomore St. in Pasadena Texas. My daughter went to CVS seeking help because she actually locked her keys and phone in the truck CVS employees ran her out of the store because she was being a nuisance and disturbing customers. She only wanted to use the phone to call me but I guess that is so evil that the employees had a runner out of the store. I can understand if she was a Vagabon but she was wearing her suit and she was carrying my one-year-old granddaughter. This CVS was very unprofessional after 10 years of being loyal customers we will start a new relationship with Walgreens

Anisa at CVS pharmacy is not compassionate or understanding. She answers back and does not allow us to give a comment (like she is always right) She has no patience. If we go to pick up our medication is because it was prescribed to us and she should at least smile or say ..oh .I am sorry. The other employees are Great! I have been a CVS customer for 10+ years.

The automated answering system is very difficult. Impossible to get through to ask a simple question regarding products in store. I wanted to inquire if Free COVID Test Kits were available through Medicare. After tries I finally opted to speak to a person. She was polite & able to answer my question. Too difficult to call the Staunton IL CVS. Will not go there or consider getting any prescriptions there.

i was using cvs on Muirland and they closed the store and they transferred all my files to the Cvs located of Muirland and Alicia , what a disaster the pharmacy stuff is rude and unprofessional had unpleasant experience many many times will never go back there again.

STAY AWAY. CVS is untrustworthy and they lack integrity. I took a covid test to travel internationally. I was required to take the test within 48 hours of traveling so I went to CVS. CVS documents that was emailed to me after I made the appointment stated that I would receive my results in 1-2 days. I called 4 times on the day of travel to no avail. The results were not ready. I had to go to another testing site, urgent care to be tested. When I got back into the country I requested a refund and was told by CVS corporate rep Jaime that when you are making the appt the disclaimer says there's no guarantee. I requested the disclaimer to be sent to me however she said she wouldn't be able to do this. This is fraud and false advertisement. My email confirmation says results in 1-2 days. See below. RUDE Pharmacy staff @ store on Main St in Elmsford NY could not be more unhelpful. DIdn't tell me they were out of stock on a medication I needed immediately (texted me it would be ready @ 6pm) and when I asked them to find it at another location the clerk literally put his palm up towards my face and said,"I'm done with you." WHAT???
