The store I use on pompano pkwy in Pompano Beach is awful but mostly the pharmacist is dangerous I had many wierd encounters but most recently my medication had mold In it when I took it back she said I didn’t get it from that store yet if she checked her records it would show me picking it up an hour earlier. Also store is always dirty and disorganized.

CVS was 1 of 2 pharmacies that had an opportunity to make a stand for abortion, however, they failed. They are now supporting and selling the dangerous abortion pill. This is a place to get medication for healing, not murder. I will no longer ever do business with such a disgrace of a company!

Follow up money trail - CVS is part of Aetna Insurance. I don’t understand the game , but friends in Columbia, Spartanburg, Greenville have gotten their prescriptions filled with refills -/- NONE of the co tI era state refill -Why??? - I asked the pharmacist- received a cock & bill answer . Also, know the Dr that called in left message on the voice mail only to have CVS miss apply tablets or capsules at the higher price Something is going on - your thoughts ???

The pharmacist confiscated a legal prescription. It was a refill that they have been filling for at least a year. I could understand if It was a new prescription but this medication I have been stable for years. No direct reason given. I spent 3 days in the hospital because of this. Formal complaints have been filed. I have retained an attorney to address this matter. If you have a controlled substance at CVS be prepared to be without it. They give no warning.

App says all prescriptions are ready but make 5-7 trips per month to get the same prescriptions I’ve been taking for over 10 years. I can’t imagine running a business this way. I only use CVS Pharmacy because they are the preferred pharmacy of my insurance company. I have submitted requests to my insurance company to change to another pharmacy for the benefit of all the insured out there.

This is at least the third time that I have submitted a complaint about CVS refusing to fill my prescription according to state laws, violating HIPPA, discrimination unprofessional conduct as well as emotional distress. I went to pick up my prescription this morning after the pharmacy tech advised me that my prescription (which the same Dr has been prescribing for over a year could not be filled until the day that it is due to be filled. He said he would leave the request for it to be filled on 12/16z I called back on 12/15 approx 10:30 pm. I asked that she fill it as soon as Possible on Dec 16 and that I would need to pick it up before I went to work. I also had other rxs waiting. She said to give her 2 hours. I caught an Uber and arrived around 12:30am on 12/16. She said it would be another hour. I told her that I would wait. Meanwhile, the pharmacy tech received a phone call that made her visibly upset. She went outside for about 30 mins saying that the girl he was cheating with could “pull up” (meaning come fight ). About an hour later, I asked how much longer it would be because I had to call my Uber back and my 13 yr old son who was with me needed to go home and get ready for bed. The tech had just come on and her and the pharmacist was having a personal conversation about what happened with her boyfriend…all while I’m waiting to get my medication. The pharmacist said she just filled it and give her a few mins. I pointed out the fact that no one had come the entire time I was there and I was the only one waiting. The pharmacy tech immediately stated that I could leave and that she was calling the “Po Po” (the police). I was not rude nor combative, however the tech and pharmacist’s conduct was extremely unprofessional to say the least. As I was walking out with my prescription, the police showed up saying that they received a complaint that I was filming (which I did when the pharmacist yelled at me. I was humiliated and this is getting out of hand and causing emotional distress. They are retaliating against me for filing legitimate complaint regarding the lack of care, extreme unprofessionalism (most of the time in front of customers) and violating HIPPA. This must stop. The Pharmacy manager, Dan Hightower 8645769268 called and was extremely unsympathetic and nonchalant. I was asked if I wanted a CVS Carepass to get discounts. When I signed up for this pass the CVS teller said no charge would be made from my debit card and adding my debit card was only future purchases. This was not true. CVS assistants should be informing customers more accurately as I was charged a monthly fee I never agreed too. I specifically said "so this is not a monthly fee correct?" She answered "no". I even explained I don't live in the US only visiting but still I was charged a monthly fee which is entirely unfair and should be refunded to me.

Yesterday I made an appointment for the last Covid booster , it was for today 12/29 at 3:00 pm and it was confirmed on a text message. I got a text message telling me to sign in when I got to the pharmacy which I did, but the pharmacy was closed, I left almost at 4:00 . I called customer service and they told me that in effect, they were closed today. I took off early from work for this and it was closed. I made another appointment but this time I made it at a CVS pharmacy not in a store.
