I wish I could leave no stars. The pharmacy located at 31w bg ky are horrible people . They are so rude they hung up on my 94 year grandmother . I hate these people yes hate hate hate !!!!!!!!! I will not be using them again and they are slow as f@@@. Get a job you like if you don't want that one !!!!!

The service at the University and Tuttle Ave in Sarasota is horrible in the pharmacy. It took me 4 times to go there to finally get the prescription I should of had the first time. And every time I went, I had to wait in the line in the drive through or at the counter. And while I am waiting in line, the staff is doing nothing. They do not acknowledge the customer at all. I called on a person to wait on me and she was rude and told me to be patient. She was doing nothing at the time. She acted like I interrupted her work. I will never use CVS for shopping or for my prescriptions. The management should make sure there is good customer service.

Somehow, we got signed up for CVS 'Carepass' without our knowledge or permission; being charged $5.00 per month.(to save only $10.00 oer month on purchases??!!) When I called CVS customer service; I spoke with 2 different reps; both with such a thick India accent; I could barely understand them.(I guess CVS uses India for their CS calls) I wasn't sure my request was processed, or my request for a refund was honored. Called back a few days later; spoke to another rep with limited English skills; and found out the carepass account had been cancelled, but a refund could not be issued. During tha last phone call; I asked for someone who spoke better English, but did not get one. Note: CVS Pharmacy services has always been great to us; no matter which city/town we have visited or lived in. My beef is with their customer service reps. Waiting for another return e-mail from CVS concerning this issue.

Understaffed. Staff that does work there are rude.

CVS at 2672 Blanding Blvd in Middleburg, Fla. The associates and the pharmacist are rude. They will not go out of their way to make things easier for a patient. A very unpleasant experience.

Cvs pharmacy located at 47th st bergenline ave has a very bad pharmacist. I went to order some prescriptions and she told me half an hour and I came back two hours after and it was not done so I went to her and she told me she can’t do anything for me and told me to step to a side in a very rude and unprofessional way. I have never seen someone be so unprofessional and helpless like her cvs should really evaluate the people they have working for them. She was also being rude to other customers and giving them a bad attitude and being unprofessional all the time. There was a white girl with black hair that helped me but that pharmacist is the worst.

The Drive Up Window at The CVS Miami Gardens Dr and 185st NMB is about the closest thing to a Tar Pit that I can imagine. Once online make sure you bring some thing to eat and drink . Not only is This Location slow it is undermanned. Seedy to look at and hard to avoid hitting the concrete dividers due to poor design. No capability to communicate with other CVS locations to receive transfers or other pertinent info. Today I wasted one hour in the store before being told they can only due the test I needed while in my car. Once in the car they said your forms went to a different location and we can't test you here. I went to the other location and they could not validate my Medicare/AARP identity. Gee at age 84 I have used them everywhere . CVS could not make them work. I am done with these people. Walmart runs twice as well and with much pleasanter staff.

Store 4805 in Oberlin is horrible. I spent two hours and 5 calls just trying to pay my daughter's deductible over the phone. the Pharmacy person (joe was unhelpful, nearly rude). He sent me phantom texts and to a phantom help line. First time i called cvs.com, after 7 switches on auto line, first woman wouldnt help because i had to know the store number. second woman after an hour said she set up my credit card on my daughter's acct but again pharmacy refused. she when online and can't even access her own account. Terrible pharmacy, terrible customer service. Wish i could give negative stars
