Ordered a refill at 12:30 am. Now it's 2:21 pm and guy at drive thru said come back in 2 hours. Cvs website is useless. Last time I use cvs. They suck, their customer service sucks. CVS. CVS HATES PEOPLE WHO USE THEM. CVS ON OLD ST. AUGUSTINE RD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32257 IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. THEY HATE, HATE, HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS

Ordered a catalogue a month ago and still haven't received it. To hard to do on I pad.

MOST EXPENSIVE PHARMACY IN USA! For 1 prescription ,the price is $100 more than Walmart! Check Goodrx before you buy anything from CVS, or better not to go there anytime!

Mi experiencia en la farmacia Cvs tienda #3372 es pésimamente mal. La atención al cliente horrible. Cuando te manda los medicamentos no los mandan completos y luego te dicen que si te lo mandaron, no saben trabajar, tienen un reguero ahí que ni ellos mismo saben donde tienen los medicamentos. La doctora de mi nino me mando unos medicamentos uno de ellos es por el asma, no me lo mandaron, me dijeron que si lo habían mandado, tuve q ir de nuevo al pediatra, le expliqué lo que me paso, me resolvieron hasta q yo solucionara este problema con la farmacia debido a que mi nino necesitaba el medicamento de asma de urgencia, llame Cvs corpo y les expliqué lo que me paso, y les dije que iba a reportar con ahhca y cambio todo después en la noche me mandaron el medicamento q supuestamente dicen ellos que lo mandaron , la doctora q me atendió fue lo mismo decía que lo habían mandado, la farmacia es un desastre, ni sirve , no es profesional, ya me cambien de farmacia no es mi primera vez con problemas ya han sido varías veces siempre pero esta llego al tope, con esta farmacia mi experiencia ha sido extremadamente mal 👎👎👎👎👎 y no se la recomiendo a nadie.

Absolute chaos! No matter what state you live in, the policies of CVS and its practices are going to bankrupt this company. The employees will flat-out close the door in your face. They are constantly understaffed and mismanaged. Call your State Board of Pharmacy and file a complaint. IT WORKS and might save someone's life. In Texas here is the link. h

It's hard to be constructive when I've had so many negative experiences with CVS. This week my latest prescription was sent to our neighborhood CVS. I received six texts over the course of the week, asking me if I was going to pick up the medication. "Yes, yes, yes," I replied. So when I arrived today (Tuesday) at 3:30, I expected someone to be there. the store was closed. The pharmacy had the blinds drawn. Many unhappy customers standing around. We all agreed they should have put a note up, as they're always open at this time. We could hear them moving around behind the blinds. Was it a robbery? Did someone die? If it wasn't that--just tell us what's going on. Luckily we have a Rite Aid in town and I'm pretty sure I'll have my prescription sent there next time. Next Day: So I went back to get my prescription. This time they were open and very nice young man was behind the counter. He gave me my medication and I said, "You weren't open yesterday." He turned away and began putting my items into a bag. "Was there a reason for that?" I asked. He said, "We had no staff." I asked, "And why was that?" He said, "Because they're all quitting. They hate it here."

The pharmacy on Covington Hwy in Lithonia Georgia is one of the worst in the state! They do not answer the phone and customer service is none existent!! I do not recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone!! Some kind of customer service class is needed and also, some technical work need to be done on the app. Sometimes the app will let you order and sometimes it want. I am so frustrated!!

Called CVS in Venice, FL 4090 Tamiami yesterday (1/20/23) to pick up prescriptions that were told would be ready in 2 hours. Only to show up at 4:00pm waited 25 minutes in line and RX's were not filled. Told only 1 person filling prescriptions. Therefore, showed up today (1/23/23 and waited over 30 minutes in drive in lane (only only 2 vehicles in front of us) and conveyed what had transpired only to be greeted with negative attitude by staff member. Advised of our Delima and 7 minutes later the Pharmacist told us, you cannot treat my staff that way and if we do she will cancel prescriptions. All that was said is the terrible service we experienced. There was no yelling, swearing or hand gestures. Since CVS provides medical prescriptions, certainly they should realize the importance of filling them in a timely manner. I would not recommend this pharmacy or understand this is what happened. Looking at reviews posted this is a familiar behavior experienced by others. Why is there not ample staff to service the area?? They should not recite, will be ready in 2 hours. What if it was a medication urgently needed. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this CVS.
